10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Starting from the date my of application to viewing the property even when i requested the rent should be reduce and my request was granted, down to the day i collected the house key the whole process was smooth and great, nice meeting you all at slater Hogg falkirk. pardon me to call out some name, Craig and lorraine you both are awesome. Lastly I enjoyed the communication, by email, sms, and telephone calls most especially how the staff pass information between theirself so fast and quick what ever conversation I did with one I do not need to start all over again we just kick off and do the necessary. Kudos to you all.

Nicola was always there at the end of the phone with advice and reassurance as the selling process advanced, I could not recommend them highly enough, a definite five stars.

From our initial enquiry about letting our property, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and thorough due diligence in securing suitable tenants. Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

This is our second time in 3 years using their services for two very stressful house moves. Lynsey dealt with everything so efficiently and explained everything clearly. 22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Due to unavoidable circumstances, the sale of my property was delayed for a year. However, Lyndsay contacted me regularly to check in and offer help/support if needed. Once I was ready to sell, both Lyndsay and Alex moved very quickly to visit, take photos and arrange the Home Report. I received 4 excellent offers from the first arranged viewings and the property was sold within the first week. I highly recommend Moving as an Estate Agents and would definitely use them again.
