Help and advice was just at the end of the phone/email and the team always acted promptly to make things happen, whether it was arranging to list and market our property or arranging viewing of properties we were interested in seeing. They are friendly and professional, and whenever something needed to be fixed or sorted they were on it right away. The process of moving in and moving out went very smoothly. If I ever need to rent a place again, I'll go to SB Property.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I contacted R&G Financial Services Ltd regarding a flat to rent. They firmly assured me that they would get back to me, but they completely disappeared. They never contacted me again and simply rented out the flat without any notice. Vary basic customer service and a total lack of communication. If you are looking for a reliable agency that respects potential tenants' time, look elsewhere. Awful experience.

Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.
12th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Property was advertised and marketed well. Staff were most helpful and communicated well through the whole process. I liked the fact that the cost was outlined when the valuation was done.

18th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Remax was very impressive! I was moving myself my home and business to Scotland from England. So you can imagine it was a very stressfull and anxious time. I met an Estate agent from Remax. Gillian, a wonderfully warm mannered lady, who seemed dedicated to ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible. Gillian was very knowlegable about the property market, selling, buying in Scotland, I learnt so much from her, as Scotland is completley different to England. All my questions, anxieties and concerns were delt with swiftly, she displayed a great deal of kindness and understanding. A very dedicated estate agent!. Thankyou Remax for making my move stress free. And helping me to move with confidence. Kindest Charles H

Craig, Megan, Laura and all of the team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. By far the best property selling experience that we have had. Would not hesitate in recommending them for any others looking to sell their property in the southside.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I genuinely cannot recommend Wrights of Campsie highly enough.<br><br>My selling journey was far from straightforward. My first sale unfortunately fell through at a very late stage, which was incredibly stressful, but throughout the entire process the team were exceptional. They went above and beyond at every stage — keeping me informed, offering reassurance when I needed it, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel that they were genuinely invested in getting me to the finish line.<br><br>When my first sale fell through, they immediately picked everything back up and worked incredibly hard to get my property back on the market (within a day!) and under offer (two days later!) What could have been an overwhelming experience was made so much easier by having a team who were proactive, responsive and always seemed to be one step ahead. Debbie (in particular) helped keep me grounded when the stress levels were getting high!<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another property on their book. They knew what was happening with my sale, kept in touch throughout, chased things when necessary and were there for all the ups and downs along the way.<br><br>Absolutely worthy of five stars!!!
