31st Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!
10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. 18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

I've had bad experiences with estate agents before, and working with Tim was a relief. He talked straight, kept us informed at every step, and offered invaluable advice to help us navigate the entire process of selling our flat smoothly. His photos were fantastic, great communication and his guidance made a real difference. He genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.

My brother and I were selling our mums house and we both live in different countries. Despite this challenge, the staff at Thomas Brown kept is updated at every turn

He also went above and beyond his duties as an agent, giving advice and help with preparing the property for sale. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone looking for an agent.

9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.

He went above and beyond to help sell my property, keeping me informed every step of the way. I honestly can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, and support. I would highly recommend National Business Sales to anyone looking to sell their business or property.

26th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)My parents had their house on the market for 3 months with another agent with very little feedback so they moved to Buntings and sold it within a week. Debbie and Ewen were so enthusiastic, knowledgable and personable. The photos, drone footage and marketing were outstanding. They really were a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend them.
