7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Brown and Brooke enough. From the initial recommendations to being tenants with them for almost 3 years the experience has been exceptional. Cameron was our contact and he was efficient, professional and always responsive. As a landlord myself in another country, I genuinely wish we had him managing our property there, as good realtors are hard to find. When I visit for business they will be my first port of call even for temporary accommodation, as they have my trust. Thank you Cameron and Brown and Brooke.
7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We recently had the good fortune to purchase a property in Biggin Hill that was being marketed by Ibbot moseley. We were fortunate to be assisted by Tara and Ian , the process threw up a good few challenges on both sides . Through all the information we found Tara to be ahead of the game every step of the way, she made sense of all the info and always had the right options for us to continue moving forward. Both my wife and myself would very much like to thank Tara for every phone call she made which made the process understandable and therefore calm . We would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are selling or buying, truely a first class outfit from top to bottom. Thank you all so much. Adrian x Barbara.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities are being missed with potential buyers??

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Had a valuation appointment for my late father’s property cancelled at the last minute, with the agent telling me she had ‘the lurgy’ as though it was a hilarious joke, when I had travelled 2 hours and taken time off work. I explained that I wouldn’t be rearranging the appointment due to the circumstances, and asked for my details to be removed from their system. I then received an extremely self-important reply (in breach of GDPR law, at this point) telling me why they were in the right and I was in the wrong, and failing to express any compassion whatsoever for my recent bereavement. I can honestly (and thankfully) say I have never had an experience with an estate agent quite like this one.
25th May 2016 (9 years ago)We found Kings Sevenoaks very helpful from the start of the process with them. As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.
8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Legg and Co have been outstanding from the very first meeting to exchange of contracts. They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.- 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I’ve recently had a very positive experience with Wards of Kings Hill. I found all the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly but Be, in particular, was extraordinarily helpful. She was genuinely invested in helping to find the right house for me personally. Be has a wealth of knowledge about Kings Hill as an area in which to live, and the different types of properties and how they may or may not work for you. She also understands that seeing a variety of properties is part of the process of finding the right home, and never once tried to convince me to like something that wasn’t quite right, or made me feel I was wasting time (an experience I have had elsewhere). As a result, I have just found, with her significant help, the perfect property for me – and I’m delighted. It’s been a great experience to be supported by someone with such high professional standards. Thank you to Be and the whole team!

18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

Rebecca has been an amazing agent, she answered all queries promptly and has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend her enough.

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!

You couldn't ask for a better company to look after you when it comes to selling a property from the very start to completion The communication from Mac & Ellis is 5 Star ++++++ I would absolutely recommend Mac , to anyone who's looking at selling. Ellis kept us up to date with his emails insuring we had all the information, 5 star +++++ I've used a high st estate agent once and they don't come no where near the standards of Meldone Estates Their hard work deserves more than 5 stars .
