5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service

Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.

- 28th Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)Im 62 yrs of age and never sold a house before (lived in same house since got married) so when my mum passed away I was left in a fortunate position where I had a house to sell. As I had no previous experience of selling, I asked my friend to accompany me with the valuation appointments. After 2 appointments which we both agreed undervalued the house and seemed only interested in a quick sale one very eager for me to sign there and then. So we decided to try Hunters Estate Agents Hillsborough Helen arrived and all of a sudden felt this meeting were different at last someone who treated this house with respect and compassion it deserved after all this was our family home for 57 yrs and held a lot of memories and Helen did just that treated it like a family home and not a commodity. Without even going to detail re charges knew we had already made our minds up ????. The charges were very very reasonable and she even sorted a solicitor out for us in our case used Taylor and Emmett who again cant fault on the price they charged and the first-class service we received from them. The marketing of the property was excellent from the brochure, photos and viewings think we got 18 views in first week and numerous offers. From middle April to 22nd September all now completed form start to finish excellent communication from Helen, Lauren and Emily nothing too much trouble all in all excellent service. Think for me to sum this up if you looking for an Estate Agent do not look any further than Hunters Hillsborough.

15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.
4th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.
2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Steve came and assessed our property and did not pester us for a decision to us Nestledin. When we signed up pictures were taken and posted on Rightmove almost immediately resulting in viewings and a quick sale.Communication has been great all through the process

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

It was the best experience we’ve had viewing a house, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. The house wasn’t for us but if we could have brought a house via Phil we would have!
