6th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.

She has consistently gone out of her way to help me out. Definitely couldn't have had a better first renting experience.

21st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)My initial experience with WHB was not great. My name was used incorrectly on an email and document. I also had a viewing, but no one turned up. I contacted WHB and was told that they did know that the viewing was cancelled, but forget to communicate this to me. My overall experience was ok.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I don’t usually write reviews but felt i must after the amazing service i have had from Redbrik in Crystal Peaks.<br><br>From the initial valuation through to the negotiations and completion all members of staff i have dealt with have been extremely professional and friendly.<br><br>Special mention to Louise who helped steady my nerves with her excellent communication in the latter stages.<br><br>I would throughly recommend this company.<br><br>Thank you for all you did

Andrew (sales progressor) never heard of his role - yet now i have been dealing with Andrew - all estate agents should have this role, to keep things (progressing) and smooth for all involved. Thanks to you all. No wonder there are now so many Redbrik signs around my end - i will recommend. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me fully informed of everything that was happening. Being local I was able to pop in and talk to them at any time and I was always made welcome. 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)?????<br><br>Where do we even begin!<br><br>My partner and I recently sold our property through Hughes, and what a rollercoaster of a journey it's been! Through absolutely no fault of Hughes, our experience of buying and selling has certainly had its fair share of ups and downs.<br><br>It all started when we found our first potential home, only to have our offer rejected. The same thing happened with the second property, but thankfully, it was third time lucky!<br><br>Throughout this process, Lewis was incredibly patient, supportive and reassuring, always reminding us that the right property would come along for us and our family. And he was right!<br><br>Fast forward to the day before completion, and what should have been an exciting time turned into our worst nightmare when our buyers pulled out. Rachel worked tirelessly to get everything back on track, going above and beyond to help save our move. I genuinely cannot thank her enough for her determination, hard work and support during what was an incredibly stressful time.<br><br>Even on completion day, the challenges weren't quite over! The property we were purchasing hadn't been fully cleared, with numerous belongings still left behind. Danielle stepped in and communicated with our buyers, explaining the situation and why we hadn't been able to completely empty our own property.<br><br>What really stood out to us was that, whenever another problem arose, there was always someone at Hughes willing to help, reassure us and find a solution.<br><br>I'd like to say a massive personal thank you to Lewis, Rachel, Danielle and the entire Hughes team. You've all played a part in helping our family move into what we hope will be our dream home.<br><br>Buying and selling a house can be stressful at the best of times, but having the right people in your corner makes all the difference.<br><br>We genuinely couldn't have done it without you, and we'll always be grateful.<br><br>Thank you all so much! They exceeded my expectations and were always so warm, kind and practical. They were never far away and were always on hand to deal with my enquiries. Their help and individual expertise every step of the way was so helpful. Whoever employs these wonderful individuals, you are so very lucky to have such exceptional staff! I’m so glad I went with Blundells. Dan is a bit of genius though, he sold it for me and blew me away during the valuation.<br><br>The price was also reasonable and suited my budget well. Which was also a deciding factor for me as I had quite a few agents come to quote/valuate.<br><br>Thank you guys for getting me through it all (and bearing with my neuroticism lol) and into my dream home.
