Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. I would recommend them to a friend.

30th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!

Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.
