3rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

28th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling is my mums and as I don’t still live in the area it was my brother who was the initial point of contact with Abode. They advised him to put the property on the market for an unrealistically high price and not surprisingly there was little or no interest. So, after weeks of little or no communication with Abode my brother went to see them . He was told the price was too high by someone other than the initial valuer.? So, price reduced to a more realistic level but still poor communication from Abode. We have since found a new agent.

12th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

So don’t recommend at all…

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy.

These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.- 9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Thank you to June at your rainford branch After several swops in estate agents we found a totally professional estate agent (june) who went above and beyond worked so hard to sell our house The amount of interest I had in my property was solely due to June's hard work and expertise in her field of work June also contributed in making our journey less stressful always acting quickly in a very professional manner . 8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.
16th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My only observation is that the "for sale" sign was drab and not at all eye-catching. Suggest changing to a more vibrant colour. Everything else was great.
