19th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!

30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Just moved into a property at the arts centre managed by these guys. The place is so dirty, I’m hiring someone to come clean , bathroom door is broken, freezer doesn’t seal, downstairs shower doesn’t work but apparently we were made aware at the viewing that the place was old so these are acceptable. At the viewing they were still working on the place painting so you’d assume the work would be to bring the place to par and one would also assume it would be cleaned and brought to standard before tenant moving in but it’s a struggle having conversations with the agent (either over email or phone) he’s quite unlikeable and combative, he’s default mode seems to be deflection or obfuscation instead of just acknowledging or trying to listen. Every time I’ve spoken to him, he’s repartee has been you were told, I’ve barely interacted with him. Literally the first day I’m in the property and the relationship is already sour. Don’t use these guys if this is the standard. Honestly it’s amateur hour. I tell him I’m going to review the place against the inventory his response was you were told at the viewing the place was older, implying I should just accept the inventory as is and any broken stuff as normal (including ventilators in both bathroom not working, which is illegal) such insane and condescending responses from a “senior consultant” ??????.

I can honestly say I could not have done all the computer work without Hannah's help and encouragement. Happy to say the purchase was completed yesterday, exchange and completion 9 weeks from offer being accepted! Superb service, would thoroughly recommend. Big thank you to Hannah, Seb and Huw.

He always goes above and beyond to ensure clear communication and is able to deal with and understand complexities. In my opinion, there is no better estate agent in Brighton. I cannot recommend highly enough.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. I never felt like just another client or another property on their books. They took the time to understand my circumstances, offered honest advice and support, and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful and overwhelming, but they made everything feel so much easier. 22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Richard provides an outstanding service which I would thoroughly recommend. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)G whizz.<br>Well, I will try to be concise because it would be very easy to write heaps about how amazingly communicative, informative and supportive Georgia was through this process.<br>When someone is generally just an awesome person, coupled with being fab at the job, what could be stressful process ends up being super chilled and that was our experience. I can not speak or recommend Georgia and guys at n24 highly enough. Absolutely awesome start to finish. Thank you guys. Never change.
