Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. Maria and Anna (who are both also brilliant) would seamlessly step in, keeping everything moving and ensuring I was always kept informed. Justin Power dealt with the whole process perfectly, keeping us promptly informed and always available with sound advice when we needed it, particularly after the first offer fell through when a remote part of the chain pulled out. We fully recommend Justin and Ross Nicholas if you looking to realistically value your Park Home and sell it.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were listened to and dealt with promptly. Buying and moving home can be such a stressful experience, but having an estate agent who is so approachable, organised and genuinely helpful made such a difference.<br><br>A truly fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! ?????

They have kept us informed every step of the way, and have always been attentive, kind and helpful. We love the house we are buying so much, but if we were ever inclined to sell, I would definitely use them again, for both buying a house through them, or selling.<br><br>A huge thank you to all of the team!

And an offer accepted.<br>I found from day one , the agents were extremely professional. As things were frustrating at times dealing with the solicitors, left hand right hand scerino.<br>I found and problems were escalated and I had an answer . Within 24hrs.<br>Nothing was too much bother for the team in general.<br>I was so impressed, that my daughter is in the process of letting her property through Fox & Sons..<br>1st estate agent that listened with a clear plan.<br>I highly rate the team at this particular agency.
