I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a long journey selling our mum's flat with plenty of ups and downs but the sales team at the Preston branch were determined to find a buyer Which they did and then Nicky and the sales progression team got us over the line much to our relief highly recommend thank you one and all.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We bought an apartment that was advertised with Real Estate Bureau. We dealt with Travis to begin with who gave us all the information about the apartment and then we booked our viewings with Tom. We then continued to deal with Tom throughout the whole buying process. Tom kept us up to date with the process and was always at the end of the phone or email when we needed him and if we couldnt speak directly to him Travis and Debbie were also helpful. Absolute first class service would highly recommend!

John and Susan Couch and their team are really helpful and friendly with very high professional standards. In particular, the sales progression once we had found a buyer was consistently superb. Their many years of experience was a deciding factor for us in selecting an agent and our decision proved to be the right one. We wholeheartedly recommend them.
8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!
17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Extremely disappointed with Palmer Snell’s handling of the sale of our flat.<br>From the outset, communication was poor. For the first four months, we received virtually no updates and only found out what was happening by making regular visits to the branch ourseves. We were repeatedly promised callbacks and action, neither of which materialised on most occasions.<br>We also felt that the buyers’ interests were prioritised over ours, particularly as Palmer Snell acted as letting agents for several of their properties. This created a perceived conflict of interest and left us feeling that we were not being properly represented as their client. In addition, there were occasions where we felt information was not presented honestly or transparently, which further undermined our confidence in the agency and left us questioning whether we were being given the full picture.<br>Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of communication around exchange and completion. After months of frustration, the sale finally completed after 7 months of procrastination on the buyers side with no acknowledgement or proactive contact from the agency.<br>We were particularly disappointed with Anthony, the branch manager. Given his position, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication and customer care, but unfortunately this was not our experience. That said, Amanda and George were always professional whenever we dealt with them.<br>Having used Palmer Snell as letting agents for eight years without issue, we expected far better. As a sales agent, however, we found their service poor, unprofessional, deeply frustrating and at times, lacking in honesty and transparency. We would not recommend them to anyone selling a property.

She was such a joy to work with and really kept the show on the road for us. We’re really grateful and would highly recommend. His communication was excellent, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Even though our case was quite complex, he guided us through the process smoothly and secured the best mortgage deal available to us. We highly recommend him!

9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)Geerings did a reasonable job in marketing our property and initially managing an offer but once that offer was accepted on our property there was a disappointing lack of service. They were un-communicative, ineffective, un-proactive and totally uniformed. They failed to call on a number of occasions they said they would and at times we didn’t hear from them for over 6 weeks at a time. They had no handle on what was happening further down the chain and there was no drive to find out. Over a year this ultimately led to 2 chains collapsing, both within a few days of exchange, neither of which they had knowledge of at the time. At no time did I feel they were looking after our interests and seriously trying to get the transaction across the line. Any complaint or criticism was met with silence and ignored. I would never use them again and I certainly would not recommend them. .

Their communication was consistently good and they kept us updated regarding viewings, feedback and progress. Always keen to help with the property as we weren't local. Completed this week and am very happy!

27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Highley recommend. From the first time of speaking to Maisie Morris-Judd on the phone to discuss a property to purchase, she was attentive to our needs. She listened to what we needed in a property and has found us the perfect place. Everytime we have seen or spoken to her she has been helpful, friendly and informative. We asked for mortgage advice too and she put us in touch with leon lett. He again has been really helpful and found us a good deal. If we've needed any information he has helped us and explained our options. Couldn't have asked for better service from anywhere else. Highly recommend xx

27th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment. She was rude, offered no alternative appointment and appeared just not to care. Clearly had a higher commission viewing elsewhere.
