Matthew, was always on hand to talk about the progress and he also kept in close contact with the agents we were selling with and our solicitors. Even towards the end when we had to revisit completion dates, Matthew kept everyone informed and was proactive in getting the best outcome.

I have found Cubitt and West staff to be patient, informative and driven to provide great customer service.<br><br>I was previously advertising my flat with an alternative agency. Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys!
