From the very beginning until we got the flat, they were incredibly dedicated, helpful, and trustworthy. A huge thank you to Anna, Jason’s and Susie for all the support and care you gave us along the way. You went above and beyond, and we truly felt looked after throughout the process. This has been by far the best experience we've had in London yet, and that really means a lot to us. We couldn’t be happier with the service and are so grateful. Highly recommended!
15th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent

13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Justin the agent was very helpful in helping me secure the flat, organised a viewing same day and helped reassure me as a student that it was possible. Cal, a other member of staff, was also very supportive throughout the process. As always with agencies, it can be scary handing your money over for holding deposits and you have to bear in mind that making money is the primary objective. So far I am very happy with Black Katz services and hope throughout my tenancy we can operate as a team in conjunction with the land lord. Thank you for your help so far, would reccomend.
30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Rampton Baseley have been a total dream to work with. Selling your house is never without bumps but they’ve been so supportive every step of the way. We put our house up for sale in a pretty bad market but they didn’t give up and they found a us buyer. When our buyer’s sale collapsed and they had to pull out we ended up going back on the market and they quickly found us a new buyer that aligned with our timeline. Dean has been hugely helpful in comms between us and the buyer and getting the sale to exchange. To top it off the initial valuation they gave us on our house was spot on. They clearly know their market very well! Highly recommend them and all done with a grounded, non-salesy approach.

He has a detailed knowledge of the Joydens wood area. He gave very good, honest advice around the selling price. His team are responsive and friendly. They are all very professional and give clear regular updates and advice. I have just sold the property and could not be more pleased. I would recommend unreservedly to other sellers.
16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)My partner and I have just purchased our first home in Rainham. We have met with a few estate agents in the area but found Patterson Hawthorne to be the best. In particular David, he’s been fantastic throughout and has been there from the beginning of our journey and has helped us get to the finish line with the purchase of our property. He has been an active support for us during this process and we cannot thank him enough. We have enjoyed our experience with PH, in particular with David, so much so that we have said if we look to buy a house in the future, we would go straight to PH.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. The agent was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything felt very well organised, which made the whole process easy and stress?free.
7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I knew Barnard Marcus had an agency in Peckham, it felt local. Liam (Small), the Manager, immediately booked an appointment to visit my apartment to discuss the sale. Liam clearly knew the building, knew the figures for all recent sales of apartments in the building. I was certainly invited to discuss the price at which I’d like to sell the flat. It was clear that Liam and Barnard Marcus knew how to sell online. All very professional, a price was set.
18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Communication overall was poor, and the final sale price ended up materially below what had been pitched and discussed at the outset. More concerning was the conduct from Yaseen, on the finance side, where agreed written terms were later disputed and the matter was escalated unnecessarily, including multiple threats of court action, before the correct position was eventually accepted after some push back. The issue was ultimately resolved, but the process fell short of the level of professionalism I would expect. I would recommend others ensure everything is clearly documented and reviewed before proceeding, if at all.

16th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

So glad we choose Freeman and Gray to sell our house, the house was put on the market very quickly and efficiently as we had already found a property we wanted to buy. Photos taken placed online, Brillant images taken and videos. The house was sold within a few weeks, and the progress started getting further along quickly, not only did they do this , the excellent care and service we have received from the team especially Jason he is a absolute star ! He answered every question, phone calls , messages, and help and advice was shared from his amazing knowledge. He went way and beyond his role, He helped me and my buyer when we had issues , resolved everything is a efficient time frame, and reassured us and keep us positive along the way ! As we had a few ups and downs throughout the process, like most people as this not unusual. But he had answers and solutions to everything Jason was always reassuring,positive and always there no matter what the issue may of been. He made it all alot easier took the stressful part away , it can all very become overwhelming but he made sure the process run as smoothly as possible.

Communication was great and made me feel very comfortable. I also had communication with George and Marianne too, they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend using their in house mortgage broker, James Sturch. The experience I had with James with second to none. Top guy, highly recommended! Great estate agents, 5 star service!

Charles Swan at the Nine Elms branch was professional, very friendly and consistently went the extra mile for me. I'm very grateful for his help and reassurance. Flat now sold!
7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with OpenHomes, particularly with Pratik, who was one of the least helpful agents I have dealt with. I reported serious issues with my property in October, including an unstable toilet, unsafe bathroom flooring, and lack of proper hot water. Despite these being essential facilities, there was no urgency in addressing them. Communication was poor throughout. I repeatedly followed up and agreed to multiple proposed dates for repairs, but these were delayed or cancelled with no clear updates. At one point, I had to go months without being able to properly use the toilet flush and had to rely on manual alternatives. Even when additional issues like damp and mould developed, the response remained slow and uncoordinated. Requests for written confirmation or reasonable support were also not handled properly. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and dismissive of tenant concerns, especially given the seriousness of the issues. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider before renting through this agency. They don’t care about tenants.

They were really fast with their responses and Nick was especially brilliant in sorting everything out and giving advice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or to let. Thank you
