She took the time to truly understand our needs and made stressful moments feel calm and well managed. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and informed - from the initial search right through to exchange. Rampton Baseley has really stand-out/high quality properties in SW, and Elsa’s professionalism and care absolutely reflect that standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and dedicated estate agent.

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

The team was very kind, helpful and always ready to answer our questions. They provided all the information we needed and made everything clear and easy for us. We really appreciate their support and professionalism. We are very happy with the house we are renting and truly grateful for their help. Thank you for such a positive experience — we would definitely recommend this agency!

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

They are a group of bright , intelligent, and knowledgeable woman, who provide a seamless service , from start to finish. It couldn’t have been easier to find a special new home with Cavendish. I first met Ashleigh at an initial viewing, and from our phone conversation it was clear that she quickly understood my requirements. She proactively arranged a viewing for another property the very next day, which turned out to be a much better fit. Because everything was prepared in advance, when the first apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I was able to move forward immediately without any delays. Ashleigh is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and used her expertise to suggest properties that genuinely suited my needs. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I secured an apartment I’m very happy with within just two days. She also went above and beyond to help coordinate the rent and the start date, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I feel very lucky to have had her support throughout this process and would highly recommend Ashleigh to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive letting agent!!
