We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Thank you again for helping us find our place

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that they've done for us! THANK YOU! Totally recommend!

The team has been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress?free. Every question I had was answered clearly, and any concerns were handled quickly and with genuine care. The apartment was presented exactly as advertised, and the move?in process was organised with impressive efficiency. I truly feel supported as a tenant, and it’s clear they take pride in providing a reliable, high?quality service. The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!
