3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I do not recommend as a management company. Previous negative reviews I noticed seem to dissappear. They claimed PM lettings is a separate business and made a different Google page, even though it's all under the same roof, same staff and same website!! No other estate agent does this. And PM stands for Pollard Machin! Ignore emails or just stop replying and do not take maintenance issues seriously. Have to resort to calling in which they confirm they received emails but never explain why you are always the bottom of the pile. Mike seems to be the worst at this.
23rd Feb 2026 (25 days ago)So far we are very happy with their service ( still in process ) dealt with Ann McDonald who has been on the ball with everything even to all our questions, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Will continue with revue when all is complete.
3rd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Trevor and Alexander from Pedder provided us with support and guidance throughout the selling process. They were knowledgeable of the current market, and of the local area. They were always willing to talk through issues arising, and kept us informed at all stages.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
16th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)After letting my South Croydon flat through Bairstow Eves and Countrywide for 40 years, it is now time to sell. For the last year and a half Leon De Freitas has been the property manager for the flat, and I wanted to use this platform to recognize, publicly, his formidable service in this role. He wrote to me to introduce himself upon taking up his appointment, and from that moment on he has been the most wonderful supporter and colleague imaginable. Proactive, enthusiastic, and utterly reliable, he has the patience of Job, and my property could not have been in better hands. I thank him most sincerely for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to his position, and I have no doubt that he has an exceptionally fine future in real estate ahead of him. The experience has genuinely been excellent. The team have been incredible helpful, supportive and proactive from start to finish. A special mention to Dianne who has been kind, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt informed and reassured. Buying a house can be stressful, but Dianne has definitely make everything feel that bit easier.<br><br>Very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.

There was less than one hour between Rebecca responding to my inquiry and my viewing with Tiffany was less! I was extremely pleased with their fast replies and professionalism, I definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a move.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

12th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Avoid this agent at all costs, they have no morals and appear happy to facilitate drug dealing at their property. We were put through nearly 5 years of hell by AR who managed a house next door to us in Belvedere. An initial noise complaint was rudely denied by Manager Natalie. Tenants were keeping illegal vehicles on the road and were housing a convicted drug dealer who openly carried out his business outside the house. Drug use and dealing continued day and night with lockdown parties and several visits from the police. Clear CCTV evidence was given to AR and Natalie replied by saying that the powder that one of the tenants was filmed sniffing outside could have been “bath salts”. Met police then became involved and after speaking with Natalie described her as rude and unhelpful and told us to stop all communication with AR as Natalie had told us blatant lies. Tenants continued to move in other drug users and dealers. Local council also became involved along with local MP who urged them to take action several times. In January 23 we were told by the illusive landlord that Natalie had now left the company and Danielle would now manage the property. I met with Danielle and submitted a written complaint and compelling CCTV evidence of the drug dealing (this was also supported by the Met and local MP). Danielle then told me the complaint would be properly reviewed and discussed eviction but said she would consult with the LL, despite the LL confirming in writing that AR were completely in charge of the property. We then received a reply that ignored almost the entire complaint and made no comment iro the drug dealing. The only action that was taken was the removal of the tenants gate by the LL (in the early hours of the morning!) that was causing a disturbance 24/7 due to the constant comings and goings in relation to the drug dealing. I called Danielle who was evasive and told me to stop filming the dealing on my CCTV! She also told me that the tenants “guests” behaviour was not their responsibility! The Met strong disagreed and asked to arrange a meeting with Danielle which was declined by her. After escalating the complaint Danielle was completely unaware of GDPR obligations and refused a data access request and was then told by the Ombudsman to respond and provide info (after months of emails). In Feb 24 the Met then raided the property following further reports from other witnesses and the tenants were arrested, charged and convicted with drug possession and distribution. It then took a further 2 months for AR and the LL to remove the tenants. We suffered years of intimidation, threats and damage to our property and health whilst AR did nothing to help us, instead denying the drug dealers lived there, relying on once a year inspections where they gave the tenants advance notice. Danielle was totally inept at her job and AR clearly failed in their duty as agents. After the raid they continuously directed us to the LL who unsurprisingly directed us back to AR. Director Sunny Kang was copied into all emails but did not once intervene. This company are a disgrace and should no longer be allowed to trade! All information in this review is factual and is supported by written evidence.
