He was always very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Particularly in those crucial weeks leading up to exchange to get the last enquires closed we could rely on him to get the answers we needed. As an international person, they were able to flexible with me and a move in date while my money was being transferred in. They responded to every (there were just a few) maintenance requests... and they were even proactive about maintenance issues. Once or twice during my five months stay they emailed and said they would be in the area that day and I could submit issues to be taken care of (a small but helpful gesture!). From renting to ending, they were kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. I highly recommend them, especially for a shorter let in London.

After my tenant only remained in the property for five months, William managed to re-let my property within just one day and at a higher rental figure. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and market understanding is incredibly rare. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the confidence and reassurance throughout the process. William remained proactive, communicative, and completely in control at every stage. In a market where many agents simply react, William genuinely leads from the front. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in achieving the best outcome for their clients rather than simply going through the motions. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure deserve real recognition. A true asset to Foxtons and someone I would highly recommend to any landlord looking for results, professionalism, and peace of mind.

Kieran was a great mediator between myself & the seller, and Keira was relentless in getting any & all queries resolved, and was extremely proactive throughout the whole process. Both Rose and Faz, the 2 Managing Directors, are personable, hands-on and very helpful throughout.<br><br>Hemmingfords was also my estate agents for the sales of my flat. I had many offers fall through in previous sales negotiations with other estate agents. Sam Ghadakchi, their Sales Director, was able to get an offer on the table very quickly, helped me choose a good solicitor and facilitated the entire process very smoothly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the Hemmingfords team. With many estate agents, interactions can sometimes feel a little insincere, but that has never been the case with Sarah. She is approachable, honest, and genuinely cares about her clients. I feel comfortable discussing any issue with her, knowing that her advice will always be sincere and in my best interests. Her professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a real difference. Sarah's effort and helpfulness are a big part of the reason we have chosen to stay with Gibbs, and I would highly recommend both her and the team.

We'd had a gruelling 2 year house move journey in trying to both sell our current property and secure our onward purchase. In those 2 years we had dealt with almost all of the local agencies, and even started the purchasing process with 2 other agents, which subsequently fell through.<br>We went to view, what would become, our new home with Davis Tate towards the end of March and with them, everything changed. We received an excellent service from our agent, Sam Huish. He was knowledgable, helpful, efficient and kept us up to date with everything, which was a breath of fresh air. Brilliant communication and no nonsense. He was very accommodating with timings and arranging access for multiple viewings and surveys. When we asked him questions he didn't have the answers for, he'd follow up later on with the info - something other agents never did for us, even when prompted.<br><br>I would highly recommend
