She liaised with our solicitors to push things through, answered all our questions without hesitation, really made the whole process so smooth for us as buyers, cannot thank her enough, I do genuinely believe if it wasn’t for her going the extra mile we probably wouldn’t have been able to purchase our property.

23rd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I purchased a flat where Marsh & Parsons were the selling estate agents - Rishi Singh was absolutely fantastic. He worked extremely hard for both sides, and even though I was the purchaser, pushed for fair negotiation on the asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Rishi is honest, responsive and very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend him if you need an estate agent.

19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jamie and the team were a real breath of fresh air after a pretty stagnant few months. His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

4th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I understand the property market is extremely congested at the moment, but my experience with this agency went beyond what can reasonably be explained by high demand. There was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, information about the property’s status was unclear, and I was never given a fair opportunity to view the property. No clear explanation was provided as to why viewings were handled the way they were. While competition is expected, basic professionalism, ethical conduct, and open communication should still apply. Unfortunately, this experience felt neither transparent nor equitable, and it has left me questioning the agency’s standards. I hope the agency reflects on this feedback and improves how prospective clients are treated going forward.

From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.

16th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)?I currently rent with Foxtons, and the customer support is appalling. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. - 8th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I’d like to share my experience with Foxtons Balham, in particular with Jack Delgado.<br>I had booked a viewing for a house in Balham with Jac a few weeks ago. The appointment was at noon. I arrived and — besides being poorly greeted — he did not remember we had an appointment and had no idea as to which property I was meant to view. Worse than that — he then said that the property went under offer the night before, therefore wasting my time as I commuted down south to Balham. I would have appreciated some clear, professional communication. Some ideas for improvement, perhaps: he could have contacted me and informed me that the property went under offer?
