23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.
5th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.
28th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)All communication was very good. Good service from everyone I dealt with. Valuations was an over selling price , but was similar to another agent, so not unrealistic. Perhaps the market was lower than expected.

6th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold through Quarters and due to the excellent service we received we encouraged two neighbours to sign up with them.<br>We decided to choose Quarters as we had looked at houses through multiple agents and I much preferred the no pressure attitude. Just friendly and happy to guide and answer questions with honest advice.<br>We cant stand sales pitch nonsense and Quarters definately didnt try this with us.<br>The other thing I like about Quarters is that you can speak to anyone who answers the phone, they work as a team. Unlike others where you have to wait for someone to return from lunch or finish another phone call because you have to deal with the same person.<br>They kept in touch regularly to check we were happy and once we sold they helped check in with the chain and chase if needed.<br>Highly recommend.

They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

2nd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I cannot recommend Kings Group (Church Langley) highly enough, especially Ross, who was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment he found our buyer right through to when we handed over the keys, his communication was flawless. He kept us updated at every single stage—honestly, much more than our solicitor ever did! Ross is incredibly professional, personable, and empathetic, which made a huge difference during a stressful process. To top it all off, they gave us a lovely moving-in gift box packed with goodies and money-off vouchers. Thank you, Ross and the team, for going above and beyond!

17th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Sales assistants didn't bother to give buyers positive points about house, location etc, was more bothered helping buyers than my selling and negotiated to cash byers who were not sole when told otherwise. Good sales to get work then went downhill. only plus was photos.

Need to give a shout out to Tom who helped progress our sale. It got very tense towards the end with lots of moving parts but he was truly fantastic and went above and beyond to chase solicitors/estate agents and get us over the finish line. Thanks so much Tom and team!

They have continued to support us by helping the landlord managed the same property, and their responsiveness has always been appreciated. We are hoping they'll also help us find our next home.
8th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We had originally signed a lease via Douglas & Gordon which was transferred to Foxtons, and the service was genuinely abominable. While we were not a direct client, we wouldn’t touch Foxtons with a 10 foot pole for any buying/renting needs due to our end of tenancy experience.<br><br>1. Tried to claim that they only had to provide a few hours notice to us for viewings when our contract stated 24 hours (as does the law)<br>2. Would schedule viewings and not inform us when they were cancelled unless we reached out to confirm. Additionally, would organize viewings and then cancel after the scheduled time when we had already vacated the flat for the viewing<br>3. Showed up 20 min early for a viewing when we were eating dinner and also showed up late for viewings (which is understandable with prospective clients but at least let the tenant know)<br>4. Hadn’t heard from Foxtons in almost a week (while keeping the flat ready for showings), so sent an email asking what the state of affairs was. This was not answered so went into the office and was told the flat had been let and was not notified<br>5. After check out, was supposed to be notified if there were any deductions to the deposit. Reached out after a month and Foxtons response was asking if a check out had been done (Foxtons organized it) and suspected it had never been sent to the landlord<br><br>Generally rude and unhelpful - would not recommend across the board.
7th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I have consistently had bad experiences looking for a flat through Foxtons in both Ealing and Guildford. This goes to show it is the mentality of the agency, rather than just a branch problem. Essentially, the lettings team will not admit that flats advertised are no longer available, and will offer to show you suitable flats based on your criteria. On most occasions, nearly all the flats did not meet my requirements (furtnished when I need unfurtnished, available after my move in date, etc). This is just a waste of time, which in the end may push some applicants to accept a flat out of need. It would be far better to admit there is nothing suitable right now, and let you pursue other agencies. Agents hunt commision and do not really care for their applicants and tenants. On the last occasion I was looking for a flat, the letting agent was talking about how obstructive tenants are these days, by not allowing unlimited access to flats for the new applicants. Spencer has been a very efficient, hard working and polite agent. He is also a great communicator and always seems to be in a good mood, in spite of the difficult circumstances in which we had to work. I would recommend him to anybody as an agent. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
