24th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I would highly recommend Tennison Property as a letting agent. All the staff are very professional and have excellent interpersonal skills. I have used other letting agents in the past but none have managed my property as well. They carefully vetted the tenants and maintained full and reliable control of the property. They ensured I was up to speed with changes in property law and advised how best to proceed in light of the changes, I am delighted that they are still managing my property.

She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They are quick to deal with any issues and it’s nice to speak direct with someone (not lots of different people). They are helpful, professional and attentive. Thank you! ??????????
