Their communication is timely and nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile, responding to questions and issues outside of working hours. If you want trust worthy, fair and proactive estate agents then they are for you. Professional, friendly and able to take some of the stress out of the London housing market. Thank you both.

1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. We were hoping that the process will take months but its was very smooth just because of Dylan. Many Thanks

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dominic who went above and beyond in helping us, especially towards the end when it started to look like we might not get to exchange date. 11th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)A few days ago, I visited a rental property and had a friendly conversation with Louise Pasker, the Lettings & Valuations Manager. We explored the house and talked about various topics. She promised to send my partner and I the necessary form, but she never did. My partner and I spoke more about the property the following day to weigh the pros and cons of the property. We were hesitant to commit to a home without thorough consideration. After really thinking it through and not just taking the property to have a home. Not one we didn’t find suited. It is unfortunate that Louise Pasker failed to provide the requested paperwork (if we were interested which last she heard we possibly interested) and did not respond to my partner’s email the day after. It is possible that she is experiencing annoyance, illness, or is part-time. In the event of illness, emails should be passed over to another colleague. If she is part-time, emails should also be passed over too. Regardless of her circumstances, it is unprofessional to: 1. Not reply to an email (in the email my partner also asked if they’re any other properties they have) 2. To not even send the forms she said she’d do Also, my partner sent another email today. Asking if Louise had seen the last email. Had no reply. It is very unprofessional to ignore someone’s emails that is asking questions.

5th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Trying to rent out a 3 bed with half the floor literally missing and staples holding other bits down for nearly £2k and then reducing it by £50 a month as if thats remotely sufficient says everything you need to know. Hope landlords and letting agents like this get eradicated ASAP.<br><br>Edit: Nope, definitely not the wrong business! I’m not saying publicly where that flat was lol. I’m not using my real name on Google maps so ridiculous youd think not being able to find someone called “K” on your books is a relevant rebuttal.

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

There were a few hiccups over the 7 months it took for us to finally exchange, but both Jeanette and Annabel were on hand the whole time to help us through it. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

30th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
24th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business
