29th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)When considering the sale of rental property in Forest Hill we approached Pickwick Estates, who were marketing a nearby home and engaged directly with Paolo, who provided an accurate valuation remotely. Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.

22nd Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Recent sale of a house in Charlbury. Ted George took care of everything and were always very responsive to any questions or clarifications needed. The house sold close to the amount they suggested and in the expected timeframe.<br><br>They took care of all viewings and provided timely feedback after each one.<br><br>They also recommended a conveyancing firm who were excellent as well.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dominic who went above and beyond in helping us, especially towards the end when it started to look like we might not get to exchange date. 19th May 2025 (1 year ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

23rd Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Mark David. After eight weeks on the market, we had just one viewing and very little communication or proactive marketing. When we asked why our property wasn’t selling, we were told it was because of Donald Trump and the current wars in the world, rather than being given any meaningful advice or strategy. We are now back to square one and have to find a new estate agent, yet we’re tied into our agreement until the end of July despite many of the things we were promised not being delivered. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Mark David.

Susie in particular was instrumental in getting the transaction over the line and I would choose them again over a large high street agency.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance.<br><br>If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!
