20th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Daniels.<br><br>The flat was advertised as a “new home,” but in reality it was not new, which was misleading from the outset.<br><br>The agent, Joseph, arranged a viewing for 5:30 PM. We had to leave work early to make the appointment, but despite knowing this, he was rushing us through the viewing because he had another appointment afterwards. We were barely given enough time to properly inspect the property. This was particularly frustrating because we had been told that 5:30 PM was the last viewing time.<br><br>We had also clearly informed Joseph from the beginning that we needed to give our current landlord two months’ notice. Despite this, after we submitted an offer, we were told that the landlord could not wait two months. This should have been communicated to us before encouraging us to proceed with the application and offer, especially since our notice period had already been clearly explained.<br><br>Overall, the communication was poor, the viewing was rushed, and the handling of our situation was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and had to rearrange our work commitments for a viewing that we were barely given the opportunity to properly attend.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Daniels based on the way this was handled.

25th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Hi. We've had our flat on London Fields looked after by the amazing team at Findlay for 12 years, since moving back to NZ. They've navigated major building renovations, dealing with an inept Housing Association and all the legislation changes with calm and confident aplomb. They have exemplary communication, are proactive, and focused on us as landlords having great customer service, along with our tenants receiving the same. Don't go elsewhere if you're looking for a great friendly team to look after your rental, or if you're tenants looking for a place to rent. Keep up the great work!

2nd Sep 2026 (1 day ago)I didn't know much about Clarke Gammon when I first saw the property that I wanted to buy, but my whole experience with this company has been superb, in no small part thanks to Simon Brooks in Haslemere. Simon was friendly, helpful and highly efficient in all my dealings with him. His years of experience proved invaluable. When communication was needed, he was always there to keep me informed, providing a vital link between the vendors and solicitors. His calm reassurance was much appreciated, managing keep everything on track resulting in a successful outcome for all of us.<br>Many thanks, Simon.

15th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We didn't sell, had hardly any viewings. They said the market was bad at the moment which may have been the case, but it was more the lack of communication that made us decide to try someone else.
22nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)A faultless experience with Brecon & Brecon Oxford. George and his team dealt with me in a friendly, professional manner- they managed to secure viewings and then a buyer quickly. I achieved the price they advised and have been very easy to communicate with throughout.

I worked mostly with Tony and Antony, who were both extremely attentive throughout my tenancy and resolved anything I needed extremely quickly. I highly, highly recommend renting through them (I’ve never reviewed an agency before but my experience has been so great that I really wanted to). Absolutely zero issues; everyone in the office is so kind and I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful tenancy

From the minute I popped in to enquire about a property they were brilliant.<br>Michael was super helpful and efficient with a wealth of local knowledge and excellent communication.<br>Their service doesn't stop when you make/accept an offer. Michael and Tara supported all the way to completion and kept everything moving swiftly along. Would definitely recommend them whether you're buying or selling.<br>Who knew you could have a positive and pleasant experience with estate agents!??????
