When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
14th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

Emily and her team were exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It really does make all the difference to deal with consummate professionals! They deal with any tenant enquiries promptly, arrange repairs when needed, and keep me informed without involving me in every little issue. It means I can have complete confidence that everything is being looked after while my own involvement is kept to a minimum.<br><br>One thing I really value is how knowledgeable they are. They always keep me up to date with changes in property legislation and government requirements, making sure my property remains fully compliant. They also keep my tenant informed, which helps everything run smoothly.<br><br>The regular property inspections and detailed reports give me real peace of mind. If any maintenance is needed, they let me know with clear recommendations, and the monthly statements are always accurate and easy to understand.<br><br>Their tenant selection process has been excellent too. They found me a fantastic tenant, and I’ve had no problems at all. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the viewings were completed by the agent. Andrew, Daryl and Cheryl were always contactable and kept me fully informed of progress. I totally recommend this company.

The team is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or issues we’ve had. Any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and we’ve always felt like we were being taken seriously and looked after. Moving in was straightforward, and the communication throughout our tenancy has been excellent. It’s rare to find a letting agency that feels this organised and genuinely cares about its tenants, but Ezelet absolutely delivers. We’ve felt supported throughout and really appreciate the high level of service. We would happily recommend Ezelet to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency! More power Ezelet.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best.
