3rd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)The staff at the Warlingham office were extremely helpful and pro- active in pursuing the sale of my property and in driving the matter through a number of issues to achieve completion. I was extremely satisfied with their professional service, courtesy and perseverance.
2nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

We have been emailing and calling for over 6 months regarding issues in our property and Wallakers have done absolutely nothing to help or resolve them - or even write back! How can a block management company ignore all of their tenants? From the other reviews I can see our case is not an anomaly, and we have now had to involve the London Rogue Landlord scheme.

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

1st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We would recommend Percival's to anyone needing property management or to sell a property. Georgina and team manage 2 properties for us and we recently decided to sell one of them following the end of one of the tenancies. Georgina was extremely helpful in guiding us on how best to prepare for the sale and then actively managed all aspects of the process leading to a successful sale at the price we sought to first time buyers. While the property was empty and prior to the sale the hot water tank burst which was only apparent when the water company alerted us to unusual water consumption. Not living locally Georgina offered to drop by and investigate on our behalf to find that not only had the tank burst but the water was in danger of causing a fire with the electrics. The team drained the system and made safe before arranging for repairs to the plumbing and the electrics to be safety checked. We are hugely appreciative of all the service we receive from the Percival's team who constantly go above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone seeking a property agent in the area.
