After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! 5th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the person on the phone. He seemed uninterested in helping and spoke in an abrupt and unprofessional manner throughout the conversation. Customer service should be a basic standard in this industry, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this estate agent.
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. You can put all of your trust into them and know that they will do their very best to keep you at their best interests. Thanks again Yaxley Homes, we will definitely be using you again in the future.

7th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)We were very interested in renting a property through this agent and made it clear from the outset that we needed to proceed quickly. After the initial viewing, we received a prompt call, but then communication stopped for over a week. During that time, we had to move forward with another property to avoid losing it due to the lack of response. Only after we had paid a holding deposit elsewhere did the agent come back to say the landlord wished to proceed with our original application. By that point, it was too late, and it was not reasonable to expect us to risk paying a second holding deposit. The process felt disorganised and unclear, and it came across as though we were left waiting while other applications were being assessed. A more timely and transparent approach would have made the experience far smoother
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property. Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
