From the initial valuation, she arranged an excellent photographer who captured our property beautifully and presented it in the best possible way. She took ownership of the entire process, coordinating viewings efficiently and keeping us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was her commitment to gathering feedback from every viewer and promptly sharing it with us. She always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next – a level of communication we have not experienced with other estate agents. She remained positive, professional, and ensured that accurate information was communicated to all parties throughout the process. Her dedication, transparency, and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Honestly, had we worked with someone else, I don't think we would have enjoyed the selling process nearly as much. Engel made the entire journey easy and stress-free. On top of that, her fees are genuinely competitive and offer excellent value for the service she provides. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends. We would highly recommend the team to any buyer or seller in the future.- 15th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.

3rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.

5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

We invited them back to value our home alongside other local agents, and they were the clear choice.<br><br>Stuart was experienced, honest, friendly and personable from the outset. Erin was our main point of contact throughout the sale and she was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach, kept us updated after every viewing, communicated brilliantly with our buyers, and genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Both Stuart and Erin are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br><br>The only slight downside was the recommended Countrywide conveyancers, but Erin regularly stepped in to chase updates and keep everything on track.<br><br>Freeman Foreman have now helped us both buy and sell the same home, seven years apart, and they've been consistently honest, supportive and professional throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.<br><br>---<br><br>Original review (2019):<br><br>As first-time buyers, Natasha, John and Hannah were so patient, honest and supportive throughout the whole process. 14th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)My friend and I have both rented with JCP, and while my experience was okay (which I put down to having a conscientious landlord rather than any doing of the agents themselves), I am giving a one star review because of the terrible experience of my friend with JCP and their landlord, who is the director of JCP. On leaving the property, the landlord tried to claim double the amount of the deposit in damages for false reports they had made on the final condition of the property. This was completely unjustified and was made especially painful considering the already existing issues with the property that the landlord failed to engage with them on throughout the tenancy; this all caused significant stress to my friend. I would not recommend JCP in the future because of this

As our coordinator, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive from start to finish. He made the entire process clear, smooth, and stress-free. If you are working with E & C Estates, I highly recommend asking for Ade—he truly goes the extra mile!
2nd Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I was on the market for a long time with another agent with limited results. The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough! Thank you!
4th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.
