24th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I had a disappointing experience dealing with this agency regarding a commercial unit at The Embassy in Waltham Cross. We entered into active negotiations, made a formal offer, and progressed discussions in good faith, only to be informed mid-process that the unit had already been let to someone else. This was done without any clear communication or opportunity to proceed, despite being in ongoing discussions. It reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism in how the process was handled. Following this, we were offered an alternative unit at a higher asking price, which did not reflect the condition of the space (shell condition requiring full fit-out). Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not respectful of the time and effort invested during the negotiation process. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional and took the time to really understand our requirements. He was tireless in getting us to the finish line for our purchase and we could not be happier. Highly recommend!

20th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)We have been happy with the services by Glenmore, they have been professional, helpful and supportive at all times. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent or to buy.
16th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Not surprised to see some poor reviews here. I used Oakwood (Mottingham) before Covid for property management when moving abroad. They did not lodge the tenants deposit with DPS, and sent me a fake certificate when I asked for evidence. Daniel told me a temp worker had pocketed the deposit when he was on holiday and that she had produced the certificate (rubbish). He also did not follow due process when the tenants moved into the property which meant I had little chance for legal recourse should the tenants fall behind in rent. Oakwoods also did not provide me with a proper property management contract between them and myself, playing dumb when I asked for one. Unfortunately, this was my first time renting out a property and it was a learning experience. Agree with another reviewer that they only seemed to care about the sales side of the business.

19th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Superb. Fair rates with an exceptional service. Sold our house within 2 weeks. Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

Communication was always quick and clear, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free which makes such a refreshing change! This was genuinely the easiest house search and rental experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend her more — thank you again for making everything so simple and straightforward Liz!

17th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)James West, a Graduate, Commercial, Agency, Surveyor was the person we chose from the above Agency we chose from a list of commercial estate agents in Gosport, Fareham and Portsmouth. And are we delighted we did. Even James” collegue, Tom Holloway carried on with the clients while James was absent on annual holiday,m ttaking the buyers and their professional assistants for a viewing when some were not quite convinced about the previous viewing and this added attention to detail ended in them not being just keen, but achieving a completion dste with the Seller, an unbelieviably speedy result. And our lawyer too had presented all the last minute payments and had the final result of the stage ready to be paid straight into the bank. To let us know how successful the sale was, James has let us know that the Completion date was a merely 4 to 5 weeks and even more it was completed with over £15,000,00 over market value which in this market is very rare. This kind of summing up is exppressed in our use of the term ‘delighted’ and for which we reserve our grateful thanks to James for his lively approach to problem solving and endless constructive thinking which keeps the interest going towards completion. I am sure the village of |Alverstoke will welcome the new American and Engliish companies which includes a delicatessen and also apparently technical photographic equipment.
24th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I requested the removal of Jarvis Keller’s “sold” board in August 2024. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups over months, no action was taken and communication eventually stopped altogether. I was repeatedly told this would be handled, but no date was ever confirmed and the sign remained on my property without consent. This is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of professionalism and basic post-sale responsibility. I would not recommend Jarvis Keller based on this experience.
