Wasn’t really pushy or salesy! He helped us a lot with the house search and was quick to reply whenever we had questions. Made the whole process way less stressful. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking in the area

She managed to get me a viewing for a highly sought-after flat when slots were very limited, and gave me some great advice along the way. In the end, we got the flat!<br><br>Pam is not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely positive, friendly, and human. She made what can be a stressful process feel much easier and more personal. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

4th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness.
