We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!
1st Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience.<br><br>I moved into a property on 31 July 2026 and was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it was handed over. The property had no electricity when I moved in. After investigating the issue myself, I established that E.ON was the supplier and was informed that the electricity had been disconnected due to a negative balance on the account.<br><br>The property also had no hot water, with the hot water system/boiler displaying an error. In addition, the property was clearly not prepared for a new tenant. It showed no sign of having been professionally cleaned, the walls were dirty, there was mould on the walls and blinds, the bedroom carpet had hard sticky stains, the lounge flooring was lifting, the kitchen walls required attention, and the toilet seat was broken.<br><br>The most disappointing part was the lack of communication and support from the agency. After calling the office several times and sending emails explaining that the property had no electricity and no hot water, there was complete radio silence. Despite raising urgent issues affecting the basic habitability of the property, I received no timely response or clear plan to resolve the situation.<br><br>Moving into a new home should be a positive experience, but unfortunately this was extremely stressful and disappointing. I hope the agency improves its property inspection process, communication with tenants, and response times when dealing with serious issues.

Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed help, they’ve always been responsive and quick to get back to me. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent!

21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

12th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Terrible experience with this tenancy agency. They seem more interested in finding ways to keep as much of your deposit as possible rather than helping tenants. When you have a problem, it can take more than two weeks to get resolved, which is extremely frustrating and stressful. Communication and support were very disappointing.<br><br>After moving to another agency, I immediately noticed a big difference in the level of communication, support, and professionalism. It really showed me how much better a tenancy agency can be when they actually care about helping their tenants. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency.

She recognised that there was a person behind the situation, with worries and concerns, and she always approached things with genuine care and consideration.<br><br>I was dealing with a very stressful situation with many issues regarding the flat, including a recurring roof leak. Amber kindly said that she would take this matter on and follow it up, which lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. That support meant a lot to me.<br><br>Amber is not only professional, but also someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. I truly appreciated her attitude, understanding and the way she handled the situation.<br><br>I would also like to thank James Stevens and the wider team for all their help and support. James personally dealt with many aspects of the repairs and managed the process throughout. Both times they have been extremely professional and effective at helping us achieve a swift and smooth completion.<br>Darshil is always available to talk to and extremely helpful guiding us through the sale of our property. They found a good buyer in less than 28 days and guided us well throughout the process.<br>I would strongly recommend Ellisons to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Raynes Park area.

14th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Gary was a nice guy. The apartment is beautifully presented and should draw interest. The photos had to be done twice due to quality and major plan errors- they knocked 25% off the sq footage! The whole thing felt like there was no selling strategy. Place on the portals and wait for interest, which doesn’t work in this tough market. It was myself that pushed for a price decrease, which brought in 1 viewing in 8 weeks. I was told that the market was stilted and the heatwave meant people were not buying. I believe it was priced wrongly, there was no selling or dynamic marketing strategy. When I initially advised I wanted to leave after 5 weeks, the colleague, Yusuf basically talked over me for 30 mins and finally agreed to reduce the property price. I had been pushing to reduce it from 2 weeks! There was no sense that I was a client. My partner listened in on that call and was surprised at the attitude of Yusuf- not one apology for wrong price or zero communication! I kept pushing for updates but they never really called - it’s because they were not strategically selling it I suspect and were afraid to tell me. It seems to evidence their lack of dynamism. The whole process was a waste of my time unfortunately. I have now gone on with another agent and it already feels more professional. What I don’t understand is- they came up as the top agent on this site, which does not add up- that is not my experience at all.Seymours - Walton-On-Thames
