From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family. From the outset, their excellent local knowledge and extensive contacts were evident. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market. The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed. Beresfords made what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably easy. We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.
