Every single member of staff from branch manager to the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. We were given regular updates and were helped with every step of the process. We had a high volume of viewings with a number of offers. It was actually our second viewers that became the purchasers. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.
21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased a property through KFH West Dulwich. Many months after our offer was accepted, we finally completed and moved in, to our surprise on that day the house didn’t resemble much the property we had agreed to buy.<br><br>Both front and back gardens had been completely neglected to the point where you can’t basically walk around, the carpets were in an appalling and unusable state. The house was so dirty that every surface was covered in dust and mouse droppings, there were spider webs throughout the property, and it was clear that no effort had been made to leave the home in a reasonable state for its new owners.<br><br>When we raised our concerns, the estate agent responded that their role was basically to hand over the keys. While we understand that the condition of the property is ultimately the seller’s responsibility, we would have expected the agency to provide at least some guidance to them about leaving a property in a presentable condition for completion, especially since we were patient enough to wait much longer than the original estimate date.<br><br>What should have been an exciting day turned into a disappointment within the first ten minutes of walking through the door. The lack of care from the sellers, left a very an awful impression, when you pay over a £1m for a house, one would expect some decency from the agents and the sellers to leave the place in a nice state.

She had fantastic communication, was on time, showed the flat with patience and made sure next steps were clear. She also recently helped me escalate an issue we've been having with my current property manager from the china desk (this is not even her area but she was happy to provide support where she could). JLL really can't ask for a better team member!
16th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)My wife and I were treated very poorly by a very greedy Connells agency especially the manager based in Ashford, Kent.<br>The estate agency Gazumped me despite all the effort I had made towards the Conveyance process a week after my offer had already been accepted by the seller of the property I was to buy.<br>Over the course of the 1 week, the estate agent purposely delayed responding to all my emails and my calls that where aimed at providing all the necessary information and documentation they needed to make the AD for the property showing as SSTC online. This was because they were still busy showing off the property to other buyers using my already accepted offer price as a bargaining chip to the drive up the property’s value to the other buyers to see if they could get one who could offer a higher price to buy it in order for them to get a higher commission on the sale.<br>This was a clear indication of greed and unfair business practice that should not be a exist in any transparent and efficient organisation.

8th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I was recommended by my sister to use 1st Call Sales and Lettings because she has a few rental properties and has always felt looked after by Richard and the whole team. I’m a relatively new landlord and 1st Call made the process of letting really easy. I’ve found Richard very knowledgeable of the Industry and was always keen to offer his market expertise. Camilla kept me updated on potential tenants and arranged numerous viewings whilst suggesting potential home improvements what could make my property more attractive, this was always genuine, constructive and value added feedback. Overall very happy with the service.

Right from the first viewing it felt like a very different experience and throughout the process, we were in contact with Richard who helped keep things moving at a good pace. Communication all felt very transparent and we always felt like we knew where we were at and ultimately in good hands. They would be our first choice to contact if we were ever to sell.

Despite there being challenges with Sage homes where it was a shared ownership sale, I found their team to be very helpful and professional. Isabella and Braden did an excellent job marketing the property and Keira Harrison was supportive and proactive throughout the sale. Her communication was excellent in helping the sale to complete smoothly.
