He responded quickly to my initial enquiry, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout.<br><br>The marketing was excellent, with Richard taking fantastic photographs that showcased my flat beautifully. Phil was always responsive, patient, and proactive, keeping things moving and making sure I was informed every step of the way.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil and the team at Your Move. I really appreciated how protective he was, while also being persistent when needed to keep things moving with solicitors and the other parties involved.<br><br>Most importantly, Alex is just a genuinely nice guy who clearly cares about his clients and getting the right outcome for them.<br><br>I’d highly recommend Alex and the Thomas Merrifield team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Selling a property can be stressful, but they are proactive with the communication and regular updates made the whole process smooth and transparent. They are always on top of things and quick to resolve any questions. Highly recommend Robbie and Kelsee if you're buying or selling through Romans.

They used a different way to sell the property that we had not experienced before and it worked extremely well ( open day for viewing) this enabled us to achieve the best price for the property. They also used a professional photographer inside and outside also using a drone which showed it off in the best possible way.

20th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened.<br>When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job.<br>Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him!<br>No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday!<br>Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly.<br>He certainly earns our respect.<br>There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better.<br>If you want total confidence he is your man.
