3rd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Myself and my partner recently purchased a flat through HJC. Both Nicky and Suzanne were great agents to work on buying the flat from the seller. They met us many times for viewings, helpful in communicating with all parties to help clear any bottlenecks and were both available to discuss over the phone and email if we had any issues. Would highly recommend them as an estate agents and if we are looking to sell, we would be using HJC!

23rd Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Based on my current experience of Taylors, no I would not recommend them. I was terribly disappointed mainly due to the communication side. Telephone system not operating, feedback are not done very well. I believe that communication is absolutely essential between the Agent the seller and of course, the buyer when one gets a buyer. However, hopefully they will have learned from their experience with myself and have every opportunity of improving what they do going forward. I wish them well.

In particular, Jonny whose advise and knowledge getting the house on the market was invaluable, and also Willow for her hard work keeping the sale process moving after we'd accepted an offer. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

However, Leon was excellent and I cannot rate him highly enough. He was patient, kind and really took the time to show me the right properties. He worked around my difficult logistics and encouraged me even when I had been disillusioned by other agencies! I always felt in safe hands and trusted his judgement. His follow up was also excellent; keeping me informed every step of the way and stepping in to ensure things went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was only too willing to answer my myriad of questions!
