7th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Martin & Co was extremely disappointing. The agent I dealt with at the beginning was excellent and professional, but once Josh Gledhill became my property manager, everything changed. Despite paying a full year’s rent upfront and always being patient and cooperative, I spent much of my tenancy chasing for help with repeated maintenance issues. Communication was poor, support was delayed, and even after moving out I had to chase repeatedly for basic records, only to eventually receive an incomplete list. After seven years of renting in Chelsea, I have never experienced property management like this. I would not recommend renting with this agency if you expect reliable support when problems arise.

From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything moved along without any of the typical stress that usually comes with moving.<br><br>We also want to give a special thanks to Diane, who was amazing in supporting us with maintenance and coordinating the change of a few furniture pieces. It really felt like the whole team cared about getting us settled comfortably into our new home. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me.<br><br>Mia asked thoughtful questions that no other agent had asked, and she raised points I hadn’t even considered. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how much she seemed to care about us as potential vendors, rather than simply treating it as another enquiry.<br><br>On the same day, I spoke with six other estate agents, and not one of them came close to providing the level of service, interest, and personal attention that Mia did. She made me feel valued and listened to, which meant a great deal.<br><br>We are still considering whether to sell our home, but if we do decide to move forward, I would definitely consider using Leaders—especially if Mia could be our representative.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mia for such an outstanding first impression. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. 6th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Nest, and specifically Adele are a breath of fresh air.i have bought and sold multiple properties before and Adele is head and shoulders above any of the other estate agents. The real proof is once the sale is agreed and you enter a period of frustrating sales progression. I had none of this with Adele, she was responsive and took actions seriously and in a timely manner. I will be ensuring any future property sales or purchases have Adele involved!
