From David when he came to value and talk me through the process and Luke who handled everything from then on nothing was too much trouble and he kept me informed every inch of the way and always with a smile. I loved the way of communicating with the office and with my solicitor was through What’s App. Questions and queries answered instantly, it was more like chatting with friends so different to any other estate agent I’ve dealt with.<br>Thank you ????????????

They were professional and empathetic throughout, treating the sale not simply as a transaction, but with genuine care and understanding.<br><br>Lewis signed us up and gave us confidence from the outset. Katie was wonderful intuitive, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about our home. She seemed to instinctively understand what made it special and carried out viewings with warmth and enthusiasm, always looking for the right people rather than simply a buyer.<br><br>Stuart did a superb job, proactively reaching out to a prospect on their requirement register, bringing the sale together, a professional and safe pair of hands, along with support of whole team, the process was remarkably smooth and without problems.<br><br>Most importantly, to us, they found the most perfect new owners for a house that has meant so much to us for over three decades. We then signed with Connells, and within 2 weeks we had 2 offers on our home! We than found our new home through them soon after and everything has been smooth sailing and pleasant. The staff at the Leighton Buzzard branch have been amazing from day one. They offered knowledge, reassurance, empathy and kindness along the way and we couldn't have asked for more. Brian, Sophie and Hayley have all made our very stressful house journey much simpler. And today we got to meet Jake, their newest team member who was also kind and knowledgeable of all Leighton Buzzard has to offer. Fingers crossed for a smooth completion!
