13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!<br>From the very beginning, this agency proved to be rude and unprofessional in every interaction. Simple requests took days to get even a basic response, which set the tone for the entire experience.<br>At check-in, the apartment was in horrendous condition, nowhere near what was advertised. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth just to get them to replace broken and dirty supplies that should never have been an issue in the first place.<br>Once our stay ended, the deposit return process turned into an absolute nightmare. We waited days for replies, and when we finally got them, different agents contradicted each other and gave us conflicting information. On top of that, they deducted cleaning fees from our deposit without ever providing an invoice to justify the charge.<br>Overall, an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience from check-in to check-out. I would strongly advise against booking through this agency — the lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency made what should have been a simple stay into a prolonged ordeal.

29th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)This agency "managed" my house rental very poorly with no push for any rent increase over 8 years+ and no on-site visit during this whole period despite being a contractual obligation, probably due to agency being extremely lazy as well as corruption for having some form of relationship with my tenants. I strongly recommend you avoid using this agency.

We were new to the UK and were having great difficulty getting anyone at agencies across the city to speak with us. Ben accepted us as walk-ins and allowed us to see several units. Ben was very communicative and worked hard to get our offers in front of prospective landlords.<br><br>Ben left such a great impression on us and were thankful for the hard work he put forth on our behalf.
10th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Honestly a misery living here now on Saxon shore Canterbury especially with the bully from moat that pick only on curtain individually the constant dust from the 10+ machines living around our property (wasn’t there when moving in now we live on a builders yard) builders using up our parking space in a restricted space area even tho they have there own car park made for them, can’t open windows do to the machine parked next to us and not water damping to keep the dust down and the cars are getting ruined everyday because there getting thick covers in dust moat doesn’t allow us to have access to outdoor tap so lovely moat cut it off so there no outside water coming out, so be prepared to spend out a minimum 10 ish pound a day to TRY keep your car clean

(but all the staff there are good though). I found Harry to be very efficient and professional. He has great knowledge about the housing market and was always there to give good advice and support. They recently sold our house and were fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>From the initial engagement and arranging the photography, through to viewings, offers and then keeping everything moving once the sale was agreed, the whole process was made incredibly easy and hassle-free from our side.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. The team were always on hand when we needed them, quick to respond, friendly, professional and proactive in following things up.<br><br>Selling a property can easily become stressful, but Bear made the entire process feel straightforward and well managed.
