From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

22nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)When my father died a little over a year ago, I contacted Weatherill's and two other agents for probate valuations. This was stage one of two for me as the house would subsequently be listed. So, in many ways, it allowed me to gauge the calibre of the team as well as that of the company. I met Kevin and immediately liked his professional and courteous manner. It was then a simple process of engaging with him and the excellent team when taking the house to market. I was impressed from start to finish. The whole house selling/buying process is more protracted today than it was but we were grateful for the support at every step.
2nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

Despite a few hiccups and delays along the way, they remained positive and fully committed to getting things done. We were kept informed of viewings, feedback and changes and they were always available to answer queries and were also very prompt in doing so. I would have no hesitation in using Prospect again and can thoroughly recommend Daniel and his team in Winnersh!

We got the lot and more, from the moment we stepped foot in the door, Kurran and his team- Elaine, Mark and Nic welcomed us understood what we wanted and sympathetically managed the process to a successful sale. We were impressed by the regular market reports, great communication through every viewing and considerate listening throughout. They say selling property at this time is difficult and stressful- just let the Cubitt team in Purley do it for you. Well done !

Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.
