They were professional, patient, super helpful (more than our actual lawyers), and got things moving for us to progress through the process. TBH our personal experience of buying the house was awful due to our lawyers but Gary from Connells was the only person that kept us sane.. also bonus he has a good sense of humour! Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property!

Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout the process, and the level of customer service was excellent.<br><br>A special mention to Darren, who was always there to help and went above and beyond whenever things needed to be rearranged or moved around. He was very responsive and made the whole experience much easier.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and helpful estate agent. Great service from start to finish!

From my first valuation, their knowledge of local market trends was spot-on. They kept us fully updated after every viewing and handled negotiations brilliantly. Ive felt supported the entire time and cannot recommend them enough!
27th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

I was kept up to date along the way, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Lisa who really helped when things got a little sticky, without her chasing I’m sure it would have taken much longer.

From start to finish their service was exemplary.<br>Their photographer was fantastic, manager Cameron brilliant as was Frankie himself. We sold within a couple of weeks at full asking price, unlike the property next door, exactly the same house, which took over 9 months to sell and £60k less.<br>I’d use them every time!<br>Well done Frankie, Cam and team ????????????

Having only had contact with her at the end of the purchase, we feel she has gone above and beyond to get everything across the line for us, when she didn’t even need to!
