7th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

This will be my second year moving out of my family home and they have genuinely made me feel so much more comfortable and confident throughout this journey.Sonny was especially kind, helpful, and attentive from the very beginning. He took the time to understand what i was after extra mile to find me such a lovely place. 22nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely awful experience from the beginning to the end.<br><br>Within two days of moving into the property, the electricity ran out because the agency had failed to properly deal with the utility arrangements. Instead of a normal move-in process, I was left trying to sort out basic services immediately after collecting the keys.<br><br>The property was also handed over without a working oven, and I had to wait approximately two weeks for a replacement. This was extremely inconvenient and not what anyone would expect when moving into a property.<br><br>Towards the end of the tenancy, the agency repeatedly attempted to arrange viewing after viewing and were extremely demanding. I was made to feel as though I had no rights as a tenant despite fully complying with my tenancy agreement.<br><br>The deposit process has been even worse. The agency attempted to deduct money for gas charges despite the fact that I provided evidence from gas company showing that the account was in my name and that the final balance had already been paid by me. Even after receiving this evidence, they continued to suggest deductions and then suddenly claimed the matter required “further investigation”. To date, no clear explanation has been provided as to why money should be withheld from my deposit.<br><br>They also attempted to charge me for issues that were already present in the property when I moved in, despite these being documented.<br><br>The final handover was the perfect ending to a terrible tenancy experience. Nobody attended to collect the keys when I moved out. I was left standing with my luggage and belongings and eventually had to pay for an Uber to travel to their office simply to return the keys, which I was instructed to leave in a letterbox. No effort whatsoever was made to assist me.<br><br>Poor communication, poor organisation, poor customer service and constant attempts to pass the responsibility to the tenant.<br><br>The worst agency experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency and looking elsewhere for a property.

Right from the start, I have been treated with respect and courtesy, even if at times I got a bit stressed. Phil was honest and supportive and guided me through the process with kindness and great knowledge. I found everyone on the team helpful, responsive and friendly, and have genuinely made a stressful time so much easier, thank you.

What really stood out was the genuine interest she took in understanding not just what I’m looking for now, but also my future requirements too. This is something I didn’t get from other estate agents (not Freeman Forman)<br><br>She was positive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me find the right property.
3rd Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Matt Chandler at Mansell McTaggart has recently handled a property sale for me and has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout. This was a remote sale so I was relying on the agent even more than usual for all aspects. He demonstrated sound and considered market knowledge and I felt secure accepting his advice. Neighbours who met him the property commented on the interest he showed during his appraisal and the amount of time he took to make sure he understood the property fully. I wanted a quick sale and this was achieved even with some challenging circumstances.<br>Everyone who answered the phone at Mansells did their best to help me throughout the transaction. Many thanks to the whole team.
3rd Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I have bought and sold several hundred properties in recent years and Angela Brett is amongst the best agents I have dealt with.<br><br>Updates came once or twice a week with no chasing from me, and she negotiated aggressively on my behalf, even getting an improvement on an offer I was already willing to accept. I would highly recommend the services of this branch.

I have been a tenant in this property for the past five years and I can say for free that she has been one, if not the best property manager that I have encountered.
