25th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.
8th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)My property sold at the full asking price in seven days (subject to contract). I hired John Payne for local knowledge and a speedy sale, and they have delivered on both. The listing of the house was of high quality, and was achieved very quickly. Their comms was very good, I felt supported throughout.

12th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)We found a flat and my husband was very ill in hosp tom at chislehurst was fantastic help me do all the paper work help every step of the way<br>And it was so quick a leasehold take a long time usely we was all done in 8 weeks and solictor recormented was out standing too<br>They was all so good and helpfull everystep of the way thank u all

They gave honest opinions about properties and pointed out things we might have missed. That honesty helped us avoid a few homes that probably would have caused problems later.

7th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a very positive experience with Sittingbourne branch. As it turned out we didn’t go ahead with the purchase. This was however a personal decision. Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. 24th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We had a really good experience with Lucy and the team at Platform Property.<br>From the start, they were friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, which made a big difference given how drawn out the process became. Communication was always clear, and we felt supported throughout.<br>Despite numerous check-ins from me we were always met with patience and good humour, which says a lot about the way they work.<br>Lucy in particular did an amazing job keeping things moving and staying on top of everything when challenges came up.<br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lucy and the wider team.

He understood what we were looking for and showed us the best properties within our budget and requirements. Once our offer was accepted and the process started, Joshua helped us navigate the very daunting process of buying as an FTB.<br><br>If you are an FTB as well, look no further. Ask for Joshua at the Foxtons Wapping Office!
12th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I attended the property managed by Foxtons whilst tenants were still living there, it was obviously not up to scratch and the sales agent Joey - Ray Poulastides assured me the place would be like new on the day I picked up the keys. The pictures attached to this review will show he is a liar.<br><br>I have since escalated the matter to his manager Jade Martin who has given the standard ‘we will respond within 15 working days’ and is nowhere to be seen. I have complained to the property manager Titia Wootton who said whatever the sales team said to me is none of her business and is fighting every step of the way to do the bare minimum.<br><br>The property was inspected by Foxtons prior to my arrival and picking up of the keys, based on the pictures I attach to this review, they basically checked if the place had burned down and that was it.<br><br>Titia Wootton is the property manager, she will use the fact that the building is 15 years old as an excuse to not carry out the proper checks and works. Please see the pictures and ask yourself, does this look like an issue that couldn’t be solved?<br><br>If you are thinking of becoming a tenant in a property managed by Foxtons Woolwich above all else keep in mind the customer service is abysmal. The team do not care about the tenants and will take every opportunity to remind you of this.<br><br>If you’re being shown around by Joey-Ray Poulsastides he will omit key information such as the gym included with the property is not free, and then proceed to overpromise and under-deliver.<br><br>Joey is managed by Jade Martin, she will be quick to take your money, and slow to react on anything else which is most likely how Joey has gotten away with swindling tenants so far.<br><br>In conclusion, this is the worst management company I have ever come across.
