14th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Ronnie and Tanya at Paul Graham.<br><br>Ronnie was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. He really listened to what we were looking for and consistently sent us properties that genuinely matched our criteria. He was personable, easy to talk to and, importantly, never made us feel pressured. We actually looked forward to arranging viewings with him because he didn’t use the typical estate-agent sales tactics or create unnecessary urgency around making offers. Having worked as an estate agent myself, I know the techniques that can sometimes be used to encourage buyers to act quickly, so I really appreciated Ronnie’s straightforward and relaxed approach.<br><br>Tanya was equally fantastic when she showed us the house we eventually bought through Paul Graham. She gave us plenty of time to look around properly, never rushed us and was completely honest about the level of interest in the property rather than trying to create artificial competition. It made the whole viewing feel comfortable and allowed us to make our decision in our own time.<br><br>Their approach was genuinely refreshing and something I think many estate agents could learn from. They were patient, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. After having some less positive experiences with other agents during our property search, dealing with<br>Paul Graham was a completely different experience.<br><br>Thank you Ronnie, Tanya and the team — we couldn’t recommend you highly enough.

She communicated clearly, kept us updated, and made every effort to contact us and follow up regarding the property. She was also very accommodating when arranging and showing us the house, taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly.<br><br>Even though we ultimately secured accommodation elsewhere, we really appreciated Elika’s excellent communication, patience and positive attitude throughout. She made the experience smooth and pleasant.<br><br>Thank you, Elika, for your time, effort and outstanding customer service. 4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 12th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)For reasons beyond mine and the company’s control, this was long and frustrating sale.<br><br>The team, and in particular Godefroy, were absolute rocks. He and they went above and beyond to get this tortuous process over the finish line.<br><br>I can’t thank him and his several colleagues enough from different departments, who all in various ways were the ultimate professionals in, in my case, the very frustrating and complex business of selling my property.<br><br>I live a 4/hour drive away from my London property and was unable to be present when someone was required to be in attendance. They took the time to answer all my questions, clearly explained the different service options, and made the transition straightforward. Communication has been prompt, and they've ensured everything was completed efficiently.<br><br>I particularly appreciate their willingness to accommodate my requirements and provide a solution that works well for both my existing tenancies and future lettings.<br><br>Based on my experience so far, I would be happy to recommend Mark, Callum, and the Parkers team to other landlords looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.

He has an excellent understanding of the market from both the seller’s and buyer’s perspective, which makes a real difference.<br>Communication throughout the process is always clear and consistent, and Chris is very good at keeping things moving. On a number of occasions, he has helped the process, resolving issues and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.<br>Professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and his team.

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.

They became more like friends. We are sorry to have had to leave them. Keep u the good work ????????????????????????

26th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. I was kept informed whenever there was a viewing and given honest feedback, they were always helpful in answering any questions. It was reassuring to know they did regular checks on the property as I don't live nearby. I would definitely recommend Blake and Thickbroom.

10th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)When we first met Joe at the property we were looking to purchase, nothing was ever too much trouble for him.<br><br>What Joe went on to do to help us throughout the whole process was truly out of this world.<br><br>We had an absolute nightmare with the purchase, particularly with the solicitors, and I can honestly say that without Joe’s help, support and persistence in chasing the vendor’s solicitor, the sale probably would not have happened.<br><br>Joe was always on hand to help and assist whenever we needed him. He was constantly there to answer questions, chase things up and keep us updated. Even on his days off, Joe would still help by making calls and chasing things on our behalf.<br><br>That level of dedication and commitment is something you very rarely come across.<br><br>Joe is an absolutely remarkable gentleman — always friendly, helpful, professional and approachable. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.<br><br>His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out, and thanks to his hard work we found the right property much sooner than we expected.<br><br>Timing was accurate, communication was perfect, good customer care and very legal abiding. Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. Our second viewing particularly gave us plenty of time to ask every question we had without feeling rushed. A professional, helpful and genuinely positive experience.
23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We chose Romans to sell my late Mother's property because of a previous positive experience. Manager Alfie and his team were excellent throughout and Harry, who handled most of the viewings, was really helpful, professional and gave great feedback from potential buyers. Unfortunately, through no fault of Roman's or ourselves, we lost our first buyer, but the advice to immediately re-market and to do so in a way that would increase the catchment, brought 6 viewings the very next day along with 3 offers, one of which we accepted and who is now the new owner. We had Catherine McNicholas appointed as our move manager and wow, what a great coordinator she was as she worked with us, our buyer and the solicitors, answering questions, chasing up the various documents and "Just being there when we needed her!! I have no hesitation in recommending Roman's, excellent customer service.
