The entire team were incredibly patient throughout the process.<br><br>Their efficiency was outstanding - the entire transaction was handled smoothly and professionally. What really stood out was their excellent communication. They kept me informed at every stage, providing regular updates so I always knew what was happening.<br><br>The sale proceeded without any complications, which I believe was due to their thorough preparation and professional approach. I would highly recommend Connells to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.

Hunters kept us updated at all times during the sale and we particularly liked the 360 tool as part of the house advert online - meaning buyers could see the measurements of the room, try it with/without furniture and reducing the need for lots of viewings as it was very accurate and available 24/7 online. Thank you!

14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)As a renter, my experience of Bairstow Eves Billericay branch was very disappointing and frustrating. They are very friendly and chatty but fail to get the job done and action items on their side. I had 2 experiences, where it took a prolonged time and lots of chasing, in order for the action to happen. The first time, I wanted to renew our contract with some adjustments and it took lots of chasing and follow ups as they were unable to action what was agreed with the landlord and update the contract. The second time, they took over a month to return our deposit. Despite both the landlord and I, confirming to them that it can be returned the same day as speaking with them, they decided to wait a week before instructing the deposits team. Friendly bunch but they made everything 10x harder than it had to be.
