When Sophie came to our home initially to give a valuation, I knew immediately that we would use her company. They do exactly what they say they will, all communications were constant, any queries we had, we were always able to get hold of Sophie or Andreia. The house was sold within 3 months and I could not recommend them enough. Thank you!

I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

21st Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Wilkinson Byrne while selling my flat. Across three separate sale attempts, the same problems kept happening: poor communication, weak administration, and no proactive effort to move the sale forward. First attempt: Basic checks weren’t done. The buyer had no mortgage?in?principle, no solicitor, and the memorandum of sale wasn’t issued until I chased it — only for it to become clear that key information had never been collected. This caused weeks of delay and ended with a buyer who couldn’t proceed. Second attempt: Although the sale fell through for reasons outside the agency, their response showed no urgency or initiative. Communication felt flat and uninterested, and there was no drive to try to save the sale. Third attempt: Even though the sale eventually completed, communication was still slow, emails went unanswered, and I had to escalate to the manager just to get basic actions done. Overall, the service I received was not reflective of the fee charged. The pattern across all attempts showed consistent failures in communication, administration, and proactive sales support. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Wilkinson Byrne.

They did a fantastic job selling my flat in Ranelagh Mansions and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were professional, responsive and gave clear, sensible advice from the outset. Communication was excellent and I always felt completely up to date with viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale.<br><br>Most importantly, they worked hard to get the transaction over the line and made what can be a stressful process feel very straightforward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Chris and Lauren. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Fulham.

With a much more proactive approach, Gabriel has kept me updated, delivered on what he has promised, and looked out for my interests as a client. The service is now much more in line with what I would expect for fully managed property services, with attention to detail and quality. He has also managed his team effectively, with everyone doing their piece and working in a more joined up fashion. He has strong market knowledge whilst still being willing to accommodate and collaborate. I am pleased Gabriel has taken over, the tone from Hamptons is now more professional, positive, polite and I feel trust is being built.

My main contact, Charlie, kept close to the process throughout to assist both myself and the seller with ironing out complications whilst always being friendly and polite. I couldn’t have ask for a better team to buy my first flat through.

8th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. I was kept in the loop for all viewings and backed up with texts & emails. Overall I’m completely satisfied with Graham & Co.

His communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring. When our offer was submitted, Ella took over seamlessly. She handled everything with such care and efficiency, discussing matters with the seller and helping us reach an amicable and fair agreement on the property price. They provide weekly check-ins where they check you've completed everything and chase the solicitors where needed. From offer to completion was 6-8 weeks which was incredible. Chanelle was so thorough and conscientious. Very happy with their service.
