3rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Very good experience at Davies Property Agents in Claygate when selling a house recently. They found a choice of buyers within a week of listing and the transaction completed without trouble within a good time frame. Davies Property, in particular George and Rocco, were incredibly helpful with providing access to the house during the purchase period for various necessary services when I was unable to attend. It really helped having a local agent who knows the area so well and provides a positive and enthusiastic interface to seller and buyer. Recommend.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there
