18th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Buying a house is stressful but he really did manage to reduce that so much for us. His colleagues in the Chislehurst office were also wonderful when called into action.

From the very first property viewing, Sophie made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I attended the viewing with my children, who were understandably very excited and eager to explore every room while asking endless questions. Sophie was so warm, patient, and kind with all of us, never once making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her calm and caring nature instantly put us at ease. I can honestly say I could not have done all the computer work without Hannah's help and encouragement. Happy to say the purchase was completed yesterday, exchange and completion 9 weeks from offer being accepted! Superb service, would thoroughly recommend. Big thank you to Hannah, Seb and Huw.
26th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Contract - BE AWARE<br>I cant fault the service that I had with freeman foreman in Heathfield and Lucy was particularly good.<br><br>I would just like all people thinking of using the company to be aware of a part of their contract. It was made clear to me by the original estate agent I dealt with that the fee would be 1% of the sold price. It turns out that there is a clever little box that gets filled in by the estate agent stating that the fee will be a minimum of £££. This figure is likely to be the valuation fee NOT the sold fee.<br><br>I would just ask anyone thinking of using ANY estate agent to be mindful of this prior to signing. Afterall the majority of us dont regularly sell properties, right?<br><br>Whilst I am sure this completely legitimate, it was never made clear to me that when the manger suggested that the original price was vastly over inflated and that I should reduce the price by 35 thousand, I would still be paying 1% commission on that 35 thousand.<br><br>I do feel this is an underhanded way of obtaining money. I am sure this is not the only estate agent to practice this, so it is just a word of caution to all about to employ an estate agent.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.

25th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)From the start of our property search all the way through to completion the team at Number Twenty Four have been the best agents we've worked with.<br>During our viewings Abi made sure to accommodate us and was extremely knowledgeable about the property. We were able to have open and honest 2-wqy conversation.<br>Once we put an offer in and began the purchasing process Georgia was amazing, she kept us looped in throughout and also helped to keep our solicitors on track with the chain, she went above and beyond to make sure there was a quick turnaround and that we could still reach our completion date.<br>If in the future we ever decide to move again we will be going with the team at Number Twenty Four.
