It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. Julia helped us through the process and I have to say it’s the best experience we’ve had whilst dealing with letting agents. My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold.
