The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. 16th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

We were delighted to sell our house after a handful of viewings. Paul, Hannah and Emma from the branch were always happy to help us and made me feel comfortable at every step in the process, making it a smooth journey. Vanessa was also great at speeding up the process at the end by communicating with our solicitors. I would recommend Wards to everyone. Thank you so much!

She knows and understand the properties she is selling, takes time to explain every detail, listens patiently to her clients needs which can be atypical and has great enthusiasm overall. One may expect this to be standard but reality is a bit different with estate agents these days but Jacqueline was a welcome change to that. You are in good hands at John Payne Eltham, certainly with Jacqui.<br>????

Hannah especially was a steady presence and always available with advice. It was good to have a dedicated member of the staff dealing with the process from offer accepted to finish.
