29th Aug 2026 (1 day ago)They get an extra star for actually managing to find a buyer. However it was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. The lowlights included them: 1) scheduling a surveyor to come to our property without telling us and letting them in when we were out the house; 2) turning up to our property and letting themselves in 24 hours before a viewing; 3) scheduling a viewing without telling us and letting in a potential buyer while we were working; 4) frequently giving misinformation to our lawyers, buyers, and even sellers. If you are selling a property, avoid like the plague, unless you want someone to let themselves into your property unannounced and immediately ask you "why are you stressed".
19th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I had such a great experience with the team. Jordan showed me around the property and was so helpful and welcoming from the start. Since then, Roxanne’s communication has been amazing. She was always so quick to respond, kept me updated and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I also spoke with Jo, who was equally helpful and lovely to deal with.<br><br>Overall, I’ve been really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend the team!

12th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!
11th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)From the beginning I was contacted along the way to inform me of how things were going , the valuation I thought was low so requested a price for selling be slightly higher , this would also allow for people that offer below price .
11th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing

A special thanks to Hannah, who has been beyond supportive, and has gone the extra mile in so many ways, throughout this journey. Hannah you are an outstanding ambassador for Wards and I cannot thank you enough! I highly recommend Wards of Faversham. They really deliver the 'Action' in "Actions speak louder than words." Well done!!!!

Always responsive if there were issues to resolve and respectful of our schedules when arranging visits. We have just bought the house which we had been renting and they were great throughout that process too!

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

I instructed them in the sale of my home and I valued their integrity and professionalism from the first meeting. Bruno was appointed as my sales negotiator. He knows the local market and is well connected. He worked hard to secure my buyer and oversaw the sales process, keeping me informed throughout. The rest of the team were friendly, approachable and always on hand to answer any queries. Thank you Castles for achieving what I needed in such a difficult climate!!

From the very first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in getting us the right result. The marketing was excellent — the photos really showed the property at its best, and they clearly spent time getting every detail right. What really stood out, though, was the quality of the viewings: every viewer was properly qualified and genuinely interested, so we never felt our time was being wasted. Throughout the process they kept us regularly updated and were always on hand to answer questions, and when it came to the paperwork and managing the chain, they handled everything with real skill and patience — the whole sale went through seamlessly, with far less stress than we'd expected. We would absolutely recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to sell their home, whether you're a first-time seller or have done it all before. Thank you, Nick and Teresa!

He was an absolute dream to have as the estate agent handling our purchase.<br><br>Buying a house is such a stressful process, but Dan made it feel so much easier. He was hugely supportive, diligent and incredibly responsive throughout. He gave us his time, shared his expertise freely and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive he was in keeping things moving and helping us navigate what can often feel like a complicated and frustrating process. His calm, professional and genuinely helpful approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thanks to Dan, this was probably the smoothest house purchase we have ever experienced. He is a real credit to Number Twenty Four, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
