He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope he is recognised for all his efforts!
29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We had Holly as part of our buying process. She is friendly and approachable and kept in contact regularly. The asking price was not realistic and I don't believe much support was provided to the sellers to help reach an agreement earlier. We were also constantly being chased for things that the sellers (KFH's client) had not completed/handled, causing additional stress and cost to us as buyers.

Due to complex reevaluation of fire safety regulations there were delays beyond everyone’s control but thanks to them navigating carefully between seller and buyer and always remaining optimistic they helped the process and kept the process as easy as it could possibly be- and even made it a lot less stressful than people say ! Great estate agents - thank you- 6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently completed our sale with KFH Kingston. James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely worst estate agent to deal with. We used them to rent our property and regretted it from start to finish. They are slimey, dishonest and try to get away with doing minimal work while fleecing you for max fees. The phrase you get what you pay for doesn't apply here. Read the contract carefully lots of surprise hidden clauses like they take over your utilities and will charge you things without asking you first. Money grabbing and lacking scruples. Bad experience as a landlord so imagine it must be lot worse as a tenant.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Great service and customer support offered by David Doyle and their team to facilitate the sale of our property.<br><br>Property has been on the market for a couple of months because of the buyer's market. Their competition took advantage of this and convinced us to advertise the property with other estate agents in the same time with David Doyle.<br>Although we were under the impression that house views were slow with David Doyle we were in disbelief when none of the other main competitors (won't give names but you can google them) have not been able to provide even one house view in over 8 weeks.<br><br>If you have a property to sale in Hemel, David Doyle is your best option!- 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Friendly, professional, reliable, dependable service. I reported the issue at my rented property on Sunday and on Monday, Louise arranged for the contractor to come out and complete the repair as urgent. She kept me posted throughout. Louise has shown kindness, thoughtfulness and more importantly paid attention to my request as without the repair it would be a safety issue. Thank you Louise and all the best.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve recently viewed a property with Piers and we’ve seen a few in our time! Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.
