After my tenant of 12 years gave notice, I contacted the estate agency to let them know I wanted my property marketed and re-let as soon as possible.<br><br>Within just a couple of days, Daniel had everything in motion without any hesitation. He kept me updated throughout the process and was always calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What initially felt like a daunting situation quickly turned into a positive one, and my property is now let to a lovely couple who will be moving in soon.<br><br>Daniel's calm demeanour, soft-spoken nature, excellent communication and efficiency made the whole experience stress-free. We have viewed a lot of houses from various companies and dealt with a couple of estate agents and Jorgia has to be the best at coming prepared when we viewed houses with her. She seemed to have studied the houses we were viewing, told us the important informations that we needed to know, and if ever there were questions that she did not have answers to, she took notes of the questions so that she could find answers for us.
