Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they always treated us with kindness, empathy and patience, keeping everyone informed and doing everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond when the chain was at risk. They stepped in, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and quite literally helped save the deal. Their dedication made all the difference.<br><br>We are now happily settled in a house that we absolutely love, and we’re so grateful for everything Webb Estate Agents did to help make that happen.<br><br>Thank you for your professionalism, compassion and outstanding service. 23rd Jun 2026 (22 days ago)BE WARNED - FRUSTRATING AND UNPROFESSIONAL<br>Viewed a student flat and were assured we had a 24-hour window to ask questions before moving forward.<br>We did exactly what was asked, but the property was offered to someone else first thing this morning.<br>Don't trust the timelines or assurances they give you.<br>Total waste of time and complete lack of integrity regarding their promised deadlines.

From the first meeting with Sarah and subsequent dealings with Elliott I knew that I had made the right choice. They are very friendly, knowledgable and were very proactive in getting our property sold. Throughout the process there was great communication and they were instrumental in getting the chain of transactions connected with our sale progressing. Without their help I'm not sure we would have obtained the outcome that we did.<br>I would thoroughly recommend them.
8th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)My family was a tenant for a property managed by Marshalls - these comments relate purely to the service provided by them as agents of the landlord (rather than on the property/landlord).<br><br>We had a very positive experience with them overall, from the initial showing, through the contracting process, through to the letting itself, and particularly with Carla who managed the letting overall. We had a number of maintenance issues at the property, and Marshalls responded quickly to have the relevant trades attend to fix the problems within reasonable timeframes.<br><br>The check-out process and return of deposit was also handled smoothly and quickly. I'd have no concern renting another property through Marshalls should I need it.

1st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a really good experience with Connells from start to finish. The team was always helpful, responsive, and made the process feel much less stressful throughout. A big thank you to Shane for his support with the mortgage and home insurance. He explained everything clearly and was always there whenever we needed help throughout. Also, thanks to Joe for managing the rest of the process and keeping us updated throughout. We’re very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Connells, and will happily use them again in the future. Their lifetime membership is a great benefit as well, as it makes future purchases even more straightforward.
16th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. They have been patient, and the right amount of flexible yet forceful when needed. They are also fantastic communicators. We got lots of updates when we were on the market and they were super proactive with getting us viewings. Particularly compared to other estate agents we have been with before. Once we were in the process of selling the support didn't stop, it was truly brilliant. We really appreciate all the effort that went into this sale and would 100% recommend them to anyone selling in Reigate!

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.
