Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

Found us the right place and guided us through the process expertly and was always available for questions (and even some recommendations that came good). 19th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.
3rd Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very good experience at Davies Property Agents in Claygate when selling a house recently. They found a choice of buyers within a week of listing and the transaction completed without trouble within a good time frame. Davies Property, in particular George and Rocco, were incredibly helpful with providing access to the house during the purchase period for various necessary services when I was unable to attend. It really helped having a local agent who knows the area so well and provides a positive and enthusiastic interface to seller and buyer. Recommend.

16th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

17th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Jake was our first introduction to Connells who was very professional but still genuine, approachable and very knowledgeable and helped us get our house up for Sale in record time!<br><br>All the staff have been likewise since. They organised a successful open day with a lot of serious viewings helped along by Steve who was great, particularly with my elderly mother in situ!<br><br>We were amazed at how quickly the offers came in and secured and we were kept up to speed all through the process via Aiden .<br><br>So all in all an excellent experience, still ongoing, with Connells Horley that I couldn’t ask for more from.<br><br>Thank you everyone.

Although I ultimately decided not to purchase in Reigate, her knowledge of the local area was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the travel links to London, local amenities, and the wide range of activities and opportunities available.<br>Her customer service was excellent throughout and she was always helpful, professional and genuinely interested in finding the right property for me.<br><br>If I am ever in a position to purchase another property in the area, I would have no hesitation in asking for Katarina personally to help me again. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

As a first time buyer it can be really scary but he explained everything really well, was calm, and ultimately led me to my first new home which couldn’t have been more perfect.<br>Everyone in general at fox & sons has been really helpful and helped move everything on as quickly as possible.<br>Would 100% recommend. Of late Julie Jacobs has been responsible for our property , and she has been excellent. On occasions she has gone above and beyond what one would expect . Would highly recommend Parkers .<br>We have now sold our property, using Parkers , and everything went well . Again , I would highly recommend Dan and his team . We were kept up to date every step of the way .

It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so muchCurchods inc. 18th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.
