7th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)I honestly can't thank the team at John D. Wood Esher enough.<br><br>Selling up can be incredibly stressful, but Alex made such a difference. She sold my property and stayed with me every step of the way through to completion. I was never passed from person to person or handed over to a back-office team – Alex took ownership from start to finish, and that continuity was invaluable.<br><br>What also really impressed me was the whole team. Whoever I spoke to always knew exactly what was going on, so I never felt like I had to repeat myself or chase for updates.<br><br>There were a few twists and turns along the way, but throughout it all the communication was excellent. Everything was handled with professionalism, but also with genuine kindness, understanding and support. It never felt like I was just another sale.<br><br>A special thank you to Michael as well. He never gave up on me, even when my property was with other agents. In the end, he and the team stepped in, got the house sold and saw it through successfully.<br><br>I'm so grateful to Alex, Michael and everyone at John D. Wood Esher. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and for making what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward. Their support, expertise, and attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful experience run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Lukass and Steve at Langford Russell for your hard work and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

9th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

He always goes above and beyond to ensure clear communication and is able to deal with and understand complexities. In my opinion, there is no better estate agent in Brighton. I cannot recommend highly enough.

From the outset, Mo was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged with the matters I brought to him. What set him apart was not just his competence but his thoughtfulness: he had a real grasp of the underlying dynamics of difficult situations and gave advice that went well beyond the routine. When I needed to make a difficult operational decision, Mo handled the transition with grace and continued to offer his support even when it no longer benefited him directly. That kind of integrity is rare. 26th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!!!<br><br>A company that are clearly in it for the money, rather than the upkeep of the properties they supposedly "manage"!<br>Since they took over a property on Greenford Road (Sudbury), it's been a nightmare for my elderly parent's who have lived in their home for over 40yrs.<br>I've had to repeatedly call, then evidence my complaints for the lack of upkeep & overgrown front & rear garden's!<br>The last time I called, I was told that the front & rear garden boundary fences are my parent's responsibility - which it is not & have taken the liberty to knock on every single door of the resident's on either side to clarify this!<br>My mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year (2025). During her last few month's at home, she was was unable to enjoy sitting in her garden (which she absolutely loved to do) due to broken fencing & lack of privacy. That's when I contacted them, to be told it was OUR responsibility!<br>Our beautiful mum has since passed unfortunately & we as a family will never forget the way this awful company treated us.<br>It's taken a whole year of grieving for me to muster the strength to write this review, but am doing so to raise awareness for a truly cruel group of people who put money before customer service & doing what's right!<br>We will never forget how our beautiful mum couldn't go in her garden in her last month's, purely because the fences were broken & the shared housing resident's would be able to see her.<br><br>Think of that Mr Larry & your rotten team - we will never forgive you for that - NEVER!!

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

Very friendly and professional, and made navigating a stressful situation a lot more manageable. If we are to sell this house in future, we will definitely do so using Quarters and we are already recommending Quarters to friends and family.

Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.
