Why fix the root of the problem when you can paint over it and call it a day?<br><br>If you’ve ever wanted to experience the thrill of wondering what will leak next or whether breathing indoors is a good idea, do rent a property managed by this sorry excuse of a company.
18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
9th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Awful experience, booked a viewing which was confirmed. When I called the morning of the viewing I was told the property was sold. If I hadn’t called we would have made a long journey for nothing. I was told this information very casually, as if it was no issue, and was promptly recommended another property to look at!
15th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We have dealt with Warren Powell-Richards for about 40 years, buying and selling properties using their services. More recently we were in the capable hands of Susy & colleagues where we were selling one of our properties. We were kept updated on the process and they maintained in constant contact with the solicitors on both sides. The exchange went to the wire and at 4.55 we had a relived and equally delighted Susy on the phone to give us all the good news, completion was the following week. WPR are a enthusiastic team and go out of their to help, hence why we have used them for all these years.

Ross and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and have a great understanding of the town and community.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Christopher Pallet for our next house move!<br><br>It’s also been lovely to see how involved they are in the local community which I have seen first hand at my children’s schools and at local charity events.<br><br>Keep up the great work!

Difficult market and everyone sitting tight and so the effort from Victoria and her team to sell our house was even more appreciated. From the first meeting with Victoria to the day we handed the keys over we couldn’t have asked for more.<br>Super professional and kept us informed with every step of the way.<br>Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and throughly recommend the team to anyone wishing to sell their property in Newbury and the surrounding area. Whilst there are always hurdles with house buying and selling, the team, and especially Ben, were always on hand to help flatten them out!<br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that they were on top of things, which gave us 100% assurance that things were always in hand.<br>I'd have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone considering a house sale or purchase!

13th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We worked with Fine and Country when purchasing our first home and they were fantastic. We had a couple of hurdles and delays during the conveyancing and legal process but F&C were excellent at continuing to push things along and get us to an eventual completion date. We would give a particular mention to Vito Szoma, who was incredible at introducing us to our new home and who was really helpful, clear and thorough with any questions we had during that stage, and to Alice Madden, who was extremely diligent, proactive and communicative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend F&C to anyone looking to buy or sell and, in particular, superstars Alice and Vito.

15th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Just an update regarding my deposit claim. Ideal property informed DPS that i left the property without giving a two months notice which is a big LIE. I arrange this with them and also explaining my reasons for the short notice as it was a family emergency. I agreed a fees with the landlord to pay which was £800 which was paid. Ideal property said i did missed two months rent which i have never missed rent payment. It is strange seeing people acting in this way. I will not recommend anyone to this agency.
