31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. Nothing was too much when asked to contact the seller for information regarding the property advise on local authorities and services. we can recommend Jamie highly for his professionalism and attitude for a smooth conclusion of a property purchase S P and BF

Communication was exceptional; he always kept us updated, promptly returned our calls, and answered our questions. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Glyn-Jones made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond by keeping the chain moving smoothly. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

She listened to what we needed in a property and has found us the perfect place. Everytime we have seen or spoken to her she has been helpful, friendly and informative. We asked for mortgage advice too and she put us in touch with leon lett. He again has been really helpful and found us a good deal. If we've needed any information he has helped us and explained our options. Couldn't have asked for better service from anywhere else. Highly recommend xx
