From the very beginning, he was friendly, reassuring, and always easy to speak to. He kept us updated throughout and made the whole process feel much less stressful.<br><br>He was genuinely lovely to deal with and massively supportive. Always happy to help, nothing felt like too much trouble, and we felt really well looked after. We’d happily recommend Stuart to anyone buying a home.
6th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bairstow Eves Kenley, particularly Maxine and Diane.<br>I genuinely believe that, had it not been for their diligence, professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding communication, the chain I was in would have collapsed.<br>After realising that my own estate agents were not managing the process effectively, I discovered that Bairstow Eves were handling the bottom of the chain. I reached out to see if we could work together, and from that moment they were exceptional. They collaborated quickly, gave me an honest and transparent assessment of the situation, and immediately took action to keep everything moving.<br>Thanks to their proactive approach and determination, the chain successfully exchanged contracts on Friday.<br>A huge thank you to both of you. If I lived in Kenley, I wouldn't dream of selling with anyone else. You are a credit to Bairstow Eves.

They chased and updated us throughout and they felt our frustrations at events outside of our control!<br><br>They completely felt like they were working with us and did above and beyond what we'd have hoped for. Special thanks to Beth who was with us from start to finish- her calm but efficient manner meant we always came away from calls feeling better!<br><br>We love our new home and if we ever move, we wouldn't look further than Alan de Maid to sell.

Throughout what can be a stressful process, he was consistently professional, hardworking, and utterly committed to getting the sale over the line.<br><br>One thing that stood out was how easy he was to reach. In our experience, good communication can make all the difference, and Edward delivered on that front every time. On the occasions when he wasn’t available, his colleagues stepped in seamlessly — helpful, understanding, and clearly working as a team rather than in silos.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Edward and the wider Knight Frank team to anyone looking to sell their property. A genuinely excellent experience.

16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch
9th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)In 12 years of renting, this was the worst experience I have ever had of dealing with an estate agent.<br>To add a bit of colour here, myself and my partner took an hour off work to travel an hour to Kingston for a viewing, in the 30 degree heat. Adding to the intense frustration of what happened.<br>Our viewing was at 5pm, we can’t have arrived later than 5:04pm so granted we were late but I had called the office to tell them and no one answered (a common theme). We arrived at the house and the agent (Fabjola Bleta) came out with another person who was viewing, so we stood an appropriate distance away (can’t have been more than 3 metres away) and waited. Then without looking around once, the agent crossed the road and left. We assumed there must be another agent showing us round but 10 minute of waiting in the heat and calling the office later it became clear we had missed our viewing. Finally the phone was picked up by the same lady who we saw leaving the property, who said we’d turned up late and she’d left having not seen us. We asked her to return (given the office is round the corner) and she said they all had too many appointments to return. We could have accepted the situation but at that point the lady decided to lie, saying she’d waited around until 5:10pm for us. A blatant lie because we were able to say exactly what she looked like, having watched her leave at 5:05pm. The general tone was also unacceptable on the phone, I had received an email at 4:30pm saying the viewing was confirmed, but I wasn’t able to pickup a call earlier in the day confirming the viewing - so this lady had assumed we weren’t coming?! Just ridiculous really. It turned out she was also lying about having other appointments, because after much talking on the phone she did come back and show us around, this was appreciated but I think the relationship was broken by then. We liked the house but couldn’t stand the thought of working with Greenwoods.<br>Just an awful experience all round, exasperated by the sarcastic demeanor when she came back to show us the house (at 5:45pm).

Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair and genuine letting agents. Thank you Louise.
8th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)We had previously been disappointed by our experiences with a couple of other letting agents and had decided to look for a flat through private landlords instead. However, we decided to give Gascoigne-Pees a try, and we're so glad we did. Roy made the entire process seamless, straightforward, and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful throughout. We couldn't believe how smooth and easy everything was compared to our previous experiences. We would highly recommend Roy and the team at Gascoigne-Pees to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.
2nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

She found us a home that ticked every one of our boxes, and was always there to answer questions, which was a challenge sometimes as we were 3000 miles away. I feel like we didn't just find an estate agent, but that we also made a friend.

9th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Geerings did a reasonable job in marketing our property and initially managing an offer but once that offer was accepted on our property there was a disappointing lack of service. They were un-communicative, ineffective, un-proactive and totally uniformed. They failed to call on a number of occasions they said they would and at times we didn’t hear from them for over 6 weeks at a time. They had no handle on what was happening further down the chain and there was no drive to find out. Over a year this ultimately led to 2 chains collapsing, both within a few days of exchange, neither of which they had knowledge of at the time. At no time did I feel they were looking after our interests and seriously trying to get the transaction across the line. Any complaint or criticism was met with silence and ignored. I would never use them again and I certainly would not recommend them. .

29th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)?In my opinion, the Abingdon office's lack of communication shows disrespect for someone else’s time and is simply unacceptable. After requesting more details about the property, I received an email and a voicemail requesting that I call back asap, as I was informed that their ''properties are letting very quickly''. I returned the call within 5min and was advised that Gary would call me back because he was busy at that moment. I have been attempting to arrange a viewing for a week now; however, my call has not been returned and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Silence is not an acceptable standard of customer service — particularly after collecting personal information. I have now requested that they erase all of my personal information from their records as it appears my data was collected without any intention of providing the requested service.
