5th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Kassim Shaikh, one of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with in my life, takes advantage of private and confidential deals within retail properties, using clients against each over to gain more commission. I recommend not using the company.

Attempted to force me into meeting their financial adviser before they'd accepted my offer on a 'fictitious' property they were advertising. An illegal practice. Steer well clear, these jokers will claim you have to be on there 'pre-approved' buyers list before they show you anything and then hounded me for days. Absolute cowboys and a disgrace to the industry. Steer clear!

10th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I've been letting my flat through Comber for more than 15 years and never been anything other than fully satisfied with the service. As well as finding suitable tenants very quickly (I suspect their deep knowledge of the area makes them the go-to agency in Blackheath), they regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and are very quick to let me know if they are made aware of any problems between inspections so that I can resolve them quickly. They have a small army of trusted contractors for repairs and essential maintenance, which is a great help for me as a landlord and good for the tenants as they know their concerns will be dealt with quickly and thoroughly. It's a very personal service - even the company's founder will often get personally involved - and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the Blackheath area.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
