1st Feb 2018 (8 years ago)We had a frustrating experience with one of the agents called Chris in this company. At first, he was clear that the present house tenants were going to move on a certain period of time and so we gave a holding deposit to keep the property. Eventually, day by day, it was hard to keep in touch with him, and even the company, as no one was answering their office phone. A couple of phone calls finally though saying yes we are just waiting for the date. But, it took almost a month of negotiating for a final move in date but it did not happen, no follow up done. The agent returned the deposit ONE WEEK prior to potential move in date. how annoying!! He could have returned much earlier than giving us false hopes if he felt like the present tenants are quite unclear!!
1st Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)Could't fault Druce, their strategy worked and they managed to secure above asking. I was with another agency prior to Druce and noticed a clear step change in terms of viewings, communication and action. Would thoroughly recommend this agents.

29th May 2020 (5 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

27th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away. End of tenancy was swift and effortless too, with the deposit returned with no issues in a few days. Highly recommended.

I would wholeheartedly recommend CSG and "Charlie" in particular for his dedication and commitment for a speedy and efficacious completion.

They were attentive and very professional, answering questions promptly, with exceptional level of care and attention to detail. The communication with Joe was excellent—we felt we were always kept in the loop, which made the experience less stressful than what we anticipated.
