Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication. He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated that he tried to support me as much as he could throughout the purchase. Thanks to his help and professionalism, we were able to complete the process successfully. I would definitely recommend Arikson to anyone buying a property.

Daniel was extremely well-mannered, communicated clearly at every stage, and immediately understood my needs and taste in property. What stood out the most was the genuine care and honesty shown towards customers. It is very important to feel respected and understood when making such an important decision, and he made the experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Thank you again for the excellent service — truly professional from start to finish.

Within days we had a host of interested buyers and ended up with an agreed sale above the asking price.<br><br>We bought our house 30 years ago from John Payne. Good to know that they are still the Best Estate Agent in Greenwich.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

I brought my current home from Mann over 20 years ago and I was also impressed with the lady who was handling the sale then I cant say the same for other agents. I hope that desired my property come on with Mann Catford as it such a pleasure dealing with them other staff members I've spoken with are also very professional would highly recommend- 1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was so happy to work with Banji. Everything was handled efficiently, from the paperwork to answering all our questions promptly and clearly. Moving house can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth, organised, and much easier for us. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted properly. We truly appreciated all their support and hard work. Thank you both for making our move-in experience such a positive one we would highly recommend your services to anyone.

31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently purchased our first home through Folklands. Paul and Sophie were great and helped the process go smoothly, and were upfront and prompt with comms. They also gave a little gift box to congratulate us on our purchase, which was a nice touch.
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CKB. After seven months, the entire sale fell through.<br><br>While I appreciate that some aspects of the process were beyond the agency’s control, we were not given accurate information about the length and complexity of the chain. This proved to be a critical factor in the collapse of the sale.<br><br>Had we been told the full picture from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and adjusted our expectations and timelines. Instead, we were repeatedly reassured that exchange and completion would take place within agreed deadlines. Relying on those assurances, we made important arrangements that ultimately left us at risk of being without a home.<br><br>In the end, we lost seven months, spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, surveys and other costs, and had nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency and inaccurate communication throughout the process made an already stressful experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

12th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)I attended the property managed by Foxtons whilst tenants were still living there, it was obviously not up to scratch and the sales agent Joey - Ray Poulastides assured me the place would be like new on the day I picked up the keys. The pictures attached to this review will show he is a liar.<br><br>I have since escalated the matter to his manager Jade Martin who has given the standard ‘we will respond within 15 working days’ and is nowhere to be seen. I have complained to the property manager Titia Wootton who said whatever the sales team said to me is none of her business and is fighting every step of the way to do the bare minimum.<br><br>The property was inspected by Foxtons prior to my arrival and picking up of the keys, based on the pictures I attach to this review, they basically checked if the place had burned down and that was it.<br><br>Titia Wootton is the property manager, she will use the fact that the building is 15 years old as an excuse to not carry out the proper checks and works. Please see the pictures and ask yourself, does this look like an issue that couldn’t be solved?<br><br>If you are thinking of becoming a tenant in a property managed by Foxtons Woolwich above all else keep in mind the customer service is abysmal. The team do not care about the tenants and will take every opportunity to remind you of this.<br><br>If you’re being shown around by Joey-Ray Poulsastides he will omit key information such as the gym included with the property is not free, and then proceed to overpromise and under-deliver.<br><br>Joey is managed by Jade Martin, she will be quick to take your money, and slow to react on anything else which is most likely how Joey has gotten away with swindling tenants so far.<br><br>In conclusion, this is the worst management company I have ever come across.
