He has always been very responsive, very good at communicating with us, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, to the point that he got us our buyers when we had finalised our contract with Acorn 1 month before. After all the struggles, we have finally exchanged. And wholeheartedly, this wouldn't have been possible without Harrison White. superb!!! thank you again!

From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, proactive, and made the whole process feel effortless. He was always available to answer our questions and was very prompt in getting back to us, which made everything much less stressful.<br><br>Henry took the time to listen to our needs, kept us informed at every stage, and provided guidance whenever we needed it. His dedication, excellent communication, and friendly approach made a real difference. 7th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

This will be my second year moving out of my family home and they have genuinely made me feel so much more comfortable and confident throughout this journey.Sonny was especially kind, helpful, and attentive from the very beginning. He took the time to understand what i was after extra mile to find me such a lovely place. From the very first viewing through to exchange, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible. Adeline always made sure we had exactly the information we needed, when we needed it. She was quick to respond, incredibly supportive when challenges arose, and consistently made us feel that we were in safe hands. We are delighted with the purchase of our new home and a large part of that is down to the experience Adeline gave us throughout.

As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful.
