In terms of speed and making the paperwork straightforward for tenants, she was faster than any other agent we dealt with in 15 years of renting in London. She showed us properties that matched our needs, was always on time, called back when she said she would, and once the landlord agreed to our offer, she had everything organised within a day. 5 stars for speed and efficiency.
22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Tariq was so good throughout the whole process of buying our first place. It could’ve been really stressful but he just made it feel a lot easier and more under control. He was always quick to reply, kept us updated, and chased things when they needed chasing which honestly made such a difference. You can tell he actually cares about getting things over the line for you, not just ticking boxes. Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was the whole way through. Would definitely recommend him.

I would especially like to mention Sunny, who was extremely polite and communicated very well. He took my concerns seriously and made a real effort to resolve the problem. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Home Finders to others.

Right from the get-go they were all over every aspect of the sale and in constant communication with the various parties. She went over and beyond what would have normally been expected of her role - right from coordinating with lawyers to helping with moving furniture! Would highly recommend TLC to other sellers.

They were accessible, reasonable and help me to solve all the issues you can encounter when you buy a house. Very satisfied with the final result, as I ended up buying my desired house in Barnes, and specially with the way I was treated.

All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. Thank you.
