5th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)This company does not refund your refundable deposit and charge you in fees when doing a reference check. I suspect they did not even do a credit check and just bank every applicants deposit knowing full well there is no properties for rent. I suspect this is a scam and I had to make multiple calls and even promises to drop by their office. I would advise you all to have caution when dealing with this company.

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

11th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I just went there today and was greeted by a grumpy woman who said she was in customer services. I needed to go there physically after not hearing back on an email I sent days ago. They took my details again so let’s see what happens but so far the service is awful.- 29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Very cautionary experience as a tenant. Failure to address persistent mould issue - learned only by chance from former tenant that they had raised this concern as well without resolution by Oliver Burn. Upon end of tenancy they have made outlandish financial claims for supposed "third party" fees and are now improperly withholding the entirety of our deposit including even the amount they say is undisputed. Have had to pursue this matter via TDS.

I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I was selling an empty property so after a few people said the main bedroom was a little small I had to suggest to the agency to add furniture in the photos so people could Visualise how big and how much furniture you could actually fit in the bedroom. So after that was done the viewings picked up and I found a buyer .

We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
