3rd Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.
2nd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Every nightmare story you've ever heard about an estate agent is personified in these guys. Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".
29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)one of agent named called yasmin howe is very rude and arrogant. also they hold my holding deposit and has not been returned yet. and still waiting please go for other agent and dont risk your money other agent ask holding deposit after ur offer accepted but this one ask holding deposit **before ** offer accepted and they hold all possible tenant money and dont return them until u ask them ragely save ur time .and go for better agent .

She was insightful, patient, responsive and efficient, deftly pushed everyone involved in the purchase along as required, and was the epitome of charm and good humour throughout. 17th May 2024 (1 year ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.
7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Imagine being so unprofessional that you schedule a viewing, talk so highly about your agency and then be extremely lame enough to not show up for the viewing. I had the absolute displeasure to deal with James Setright who scheduled a viewing and then forgot to show up at 308, Garratt Lane address at the time of the viewing. My partner travelled an hour to reach the address and then viola, nobody shows up, I call up and James picks up and tells me that there’s nothing he could do and the best he could do is to schedule it for another day. Whilst being civil and acting like he cared, there was absolutely no other alternative offered. I just feel sorry for the seller here, since they should pick up someone more professional and reasonable to deal with. To anyone at John D Wood who’s the owner, it’s not only hard to schedule viewings and reach your staff but they are just incredibly bad to deal with and make basic errors that are just blasphemous for. The nature of the business.

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Rampton Baseley have been a total dream to work with. Selling your house is never without bumps but they’ve been so supportive every step of the way. We put our house up for sale in a pretty bad market but they didn’t give up and they found a us buyer. When our buyer’s sale collapsed and they had to pull out we ended up going back on the market and they quickly found us a new buyer that aligned with our timeline. Dean has been hugely helpful in comms between us and the buyer and getting the sale to exchange. To top it off the initial valuation they gave us on our house was spot on. They clearly know their market very well! Highly recommend them and all done with a grounded, non-salesy approach.

Richard was immensely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. He and Matthew consistently provided professional yet friendly advice, keeping everything moving smoothly throughout the process. Richard’s calm and intelligent approach made what could have been a stressful journey feel remarkably straightforward. He is a great facilitator, always composed, constructive, and ready to help. Both he and Matthew clearly know the local area well and were able to recommend reliable local trades when we needed them. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the agency and would highly recommend them.

She went out of her way to ensure a viewing for us before a family trip to Scotland & she was right when saying it was right for us. The rest of the team in Wickford have been great as well but Caroline desrves all the credit for finding us our perfect home. Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Working with Graham and then Azra they guided me through a changing market and provided fantastic advise and communication throughout the process.
